If I know what know now I would've kept my money in my pocket. If it's not fully charged it doesnt go no more than 5mph. I am 6'7 215lbs.....so when fully charged it can get up to 16mph. Once it loses 1bar its done....looking to sell and willing to take a loss to get it off my hands...

I'm on my FOURTH one of these in less than a month. I bought the extended warranty but they won't let me return it. The first one worked okay but I hit a bump and fell over and then the battery wouldnt work. The second one had a messed up motor that worked when it felt like it, no lights underneath and a rear break that my bike shop couldn't figure out. Now to number three that I got two days ago. No lights underneath, but whatever. Then, I was riding slow and fell off it, it barely hit the ground and now it's making a horrible sound and is unrideable. Best buy won;t give me my money back so I'm considering cutting it up and using the foot pad as an automon in my living room.. DO NOT BUY

I bought two of the Jetson scooters and have enjoyed them almost every day. My wife and I take these out and travel the neighborhood. Great for quick visits to friends homes. They have a lot of power and we haven't had any issues at all since buying them. The kids and their friends love riding them, and the headlights as well as the colorful base lights, make them visable and safe for night rides. Charging is fast and the kickstand keeps them upright and tidy. Easy to fold and carry as well. This was a great investment and has provided a new form of enjoyment for our family. Would recommend the Jetson brand based on our experience so far.

I ended up taking this back only because my father was afraid of it. It was a great deal though. I think it was the best out there.

Love this thing really goes a long way on a charge and fast perfect for running the dog

kinda of pricey but very durable, easy to ride and my 11 year old loves to ride it.

Scooter died after about 12 miles and contacted Jetson they emailed me back saying I needed a new battery and that they were going to email me back with instructions how to purchase the battery and that was 2 months ago...nothing since. Take your $500 and buy something else.

I had purchased these 2 items from your store and truly happy with it. Soon as I entered the store I was immediately helped out for my purchase. Was not sure if the item I selected was going to be available but sooner than a week the item had arrived at my door.

I use this for a 1.5 mile to commute to work and its perfect for around town. im 165lbs and on flat streets range is more like 13miles not 18. But other then that excellent.

Poorly built scooter. Went over a bump in the road and the handlebars literally broke off and nearly caused me to fall and hurt myself.

loved everything my husband and I are enjoying it ...wish I could change the light from the bottom still don't know if I can change it?

Great scooter. Well made and fun to ride. Our teenagers have gotten a lot of use out of this product.

Cheaply made scooter. Screws break or come out of handlebars, fender over back tire breaks easily, kickstand fell off and error showed on dashboard and scooter would not operate. I gave this scooter zero stars and I definitely would not recommend anyone to purchase this cheaply made scooter.

Owned this for over a year and right after warrantee wore off, it broke soon after. It would die after 5 minutes of riding or less. Followed all the instructions and it still breaks.

This scooter fell apart almost every day. Had to keep screwing it together. If I could give 0 stars I would . THANK GOD FOR INSURANCE YALL
