I bought 2 of these earbuds 2nd week of Dec. 2020, one for me and the other for my wife. The plan was to wear them for workout. The selling point we thought, was the noise cancellation. Not only way the noise cancelation rubbish, this earbuds does not do the basics correctly. It falls out of the ear regardless of what tips you try, the control are ridiculous to figure out but these were just annoyance that I could manage. The worse thing about these earbuds for us was that it randomly stops your music!!! Imagine trying to run and having to always fumble with your earbuds. You will always lose your rhythm! These earbuds are unusable. To top it off, since these were gifts we literally didn’t get to start using them until mid January. Now bestbuy is saying they won’t take these door stoppers back! I’ve always strive to support bestbuy when I can but these experiences definitely makes me default to Walmart or Amazon easily! Stay away from this product.

Battery life was another reason but it was very inconsistent. And then the connection to my device would sometimes disconnect. The only real pro is that they had pretty good audio but for me the cons really out weighed the pros
