I bought these as a cheap alternative to much more expensive ear buds with noise cancelling technology. Well, I think these are just fine for the casual user. The noise cancelling works well and the be aware feature is okay. It can be better but I like that it had this feature. I like using them when I want to amplify the sounds of my surroundings. The battery life is great on these as well. My only complaint is that the carrying//charging case is a bit bigger than the high end ear buds. But they add a nice touch of making the case out of a leather-like material.

I am very please with these Earbuds! A charge lasts a very long time and the sound quality is very good. It was the low price that initially drew me to these buds, but I've found that they fit very well (I'm a runner) and I find the adjustable options including sound canceling are quite adequate. There's an appt for making adjustments and codes for making changes in volume and sound settings by tapping the buds when they are in your ear.

I love the earbuds, great sound and easy to control by tapping. They really hold a charge for hours and recharge with the charging case.

I've had these earbuds for almost one month. The battery life is great, the controls are pretty simple (once you get used to them), and the sound is awesome. I love the convenience of answering incoming calls with a tap while listening to music, all the while remaining hands free. I gave them 4 stars because they will occasionally 'pause' my locally played music for no apparent reason and then suddenly restart the song on their own. It's not a deal breaker, but I'd like to figure out why that's happening and how to stop it.

Very comfortable. Easy to use. Sound quality is good but not enough bass. Battery has great longevity and phone is clear.

I put this to use right away. It’s already charged and ready to go. It was easy to connected it to my iPhone. I only did a basic test, such as listen to my music and I made a call. The sound is very clear during the call and my friend could hear me just fine. Listening to music was pretty good but the bass sound could be better. I like deep bass. Overall for the time l had it, it will serve my purpose. I do need to play around with it more. I will try to update any further comments.

Overall, it was a good buy having purchased at 50% off. Sound quality is good. Battery life is good. Cannot tell yet if ANC is any good. I do like the "Be Aware" mode. Have not tried wireless charging of the case. Would be great if the case could also be charged through USB C plug. I do like the use of the app to customize. Touch controls might be a be a little too sensitive. Would like to see an option to change that through the app.

Great sound and easy to set up. Fits comfortably in ears and comes with different size covers.

Good sound but i had a lot of diffculty keeping them in my ears. Although they came with 4 sizes of ear pieces they all were to large. My son got the same pair and loves them. He has no issures with fit. He says they are well made and he has no complaints about them. Good amount of time for a charge.

Work great, especially for the price. My only complaints are the occasional disconnect from Bluetooth, background noise can be over amplified to the person your talking too, and the occasional thingy sounds to your voice. Battery life is great, the range is fine, and the sound for multimedia is great. An added plus is all the inserts for customization to your ear size.....unlike the fruit company.

The headphones look great, fit very smug once you have the right tips (go foam) and do what they say on the box. Mostly. The ambient sound mode is great, the in ear detection is a nice extra and they come with an app that allows you to adjust how hard ANC is working, how much ambient sound is passed through, the EQ's (4 defined), the touch controls and finally, update the software. Great feature list for the price. My only negative would be the ANC. If that's your buying point, look elsewhere. The ANC is not so much active noise cancellation as it is white noise played over the passive noise cancellation created by the buds sealing the ear canal. Maybe an update will help this. Sound is important to me but it is also subjective so my option is worthless to you but you're getting it anyway. I would like more bass, clarity is fine and so is volume produced I have 1-2 more clicks if needed. Overall sound is acceptable, nothing to write home about. I have taken a few calls on them. Never had a problem with being heard. I have not tested in crazy noise environments like a coffee shop before covid. Overall for $50, I think I'm happy but I am also a frugal shopper and would not be happy had I spend $100. I would not recommend to a friend based on the poor ANC and sound is just a little off for my high standards. If later updates solve one of these problems, maybe my opinion will chance.

Solid pair of wireless headphones for the price. Sound quality for listening to music and videos is top notch. I love the wireless charging capability. Call quality is the only draw back and that’s the main thing I wanted them for. Incoming call is quiet and the person on the other end tends to question what I’m saying with the voice picking up. Overall solid.

These headphones connect to all of my devices without any trouble and offer really good sound. I have very small ears and they do begin to irritate me after a few hours (I am a student so I will be at my computer for 15 hours a day typically). This could be a personal problem but I would not say they are very comfortable. I was extremely excited about the noise canceling at first. I could listen to lectures and study while not being disturbed by roommates, animals, neighbors or really anything. However, after a week of owning them they started to make a high pitch noise when the noise canceling was turned on and I can't seem to figure out why but I choose not to use it anymore. These headphones would be perfect for working out or listening to music during bike rides or walks but that is about all I would use them for. They have a be aware setting which is nice when riding my bike near the road so I can still hear the cars. These headphones also hold a charge for a few days which is really nice.

These earbuds are good. They have good sound and long charge life for me. I bought them on sale so that is a plus. I would buy them as a gift too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they don't stay secure in my ears, maybe I have weird ears. I have almost lost them a couple of times as they fell out of my ears.

Really like these for the sound and ease of use. They could be a little more comfortable but all in all they are good enough. ANC is lackluster but I didn't buy them for that. I've bought Jlab's cheaper $30 headphones that have connection issues, these don't.

Buying the JLab - Epic Air ANC True Wireless Earbud was my first experience with earbuds. So far the sound quality is very good. Once you get use to them their very easy to use. I also liked that JLab included additional buds to try. I am very happy with my purchase!

I absolutely LOVE these earbuds. The touch controls take a bit of getting used to, but the sound quality is fantastic, battery life is amazing, and ANC and Be Aware actually help. I just recommended then to my best friend and I would definitely buy them again.
