They sound amazing and so far I’m very pleased with my purchase!!

I purchased these on the stellar reviews. After 2 days one or the other buds does not work there are instructions to reset but the reset does not work, and frankly I am tired of trying. I would get a refund but I can’t find my receipt. I have had the Beats earbuds and I never heard of one of the earbuds not working and I never experienced this problem very frustrating as I purchased another set for a Christmas present. Do not recommend these as this is an issue a customer should not have with this type of technology anymore.

RETURNED ITEM! These are the worst wireless earbuds that I have ever owned!! The packaging didn't have a way to easily open it, so I had to tear open the whole box to remove the earbuds. Since I tore open the packaging, I was worried that they weren't going to take it back for a return. Then, the earbuds disconnected from each other, so I had to fix it. When I was charging them on my wireless charger, they stopped charging. I opened the case and it started making loud ringing noises. I found out that the earbuds couldn't handle that high of a voltage from my wireless charger. The ringing stopped after I started charging it with the wall adapter. When I was watching Hulu, the earbuds kept pausing and unpausing the video. Then, I decided to return them because of all these issues.

After the first day the Bluetooth kept disconnecting. Not sure if the product was defective or if it's a consistent issue with this brand. That EQ app was ok. Noise cancelling was pretty non existent. Returned them for more quality wireless earbuds.

It is good for Christmas gift. It is also good for traveling.

Jlab is a good product I have been using it for over a year and recommend it to most people, however, this one case stopped charging on me in only 11h which have never happened before, this is the first time that happened to me, I hope it's an isolated case

Never thought I would have anything bad to say about JLab products but these Earphones miss the mark the signature JLab Audio is not there I'm sure it's because of the funny shape of these earbuds, also lots of static whenever ANC Is turned on.

So far its ok except for the App which is supposed to improve call quality. Right now the volume is low and if i cannot update the App before the return date then i will return it. Other than that i would have given it 4 Stars.

I bought 2 sets of these earbuds. I had to return both because both set did not work. Best Buy was great and returned without any problems. I bought JBL earbuds and absolutely love them!!

Could not get them to connect to my phone properly. I have an iPhone 11. I was really rooting for them too because of the advertised battery length but in the end, I had to return them.

These Earbuds were very simple to pair with my phone. Getting them out of the box and listening to audio took no more than 5 minutes, and that's only because I took the time to examine everything as I was getting into it. I had to change the ear tips, but there are several to choose from in the box. I have found that I could use these for well over 3 hours straight, and the battery was showing around 50% from my phone. I don't know how accurate that reading is, but I never got a low battery warning. The noise-canceling feature doesn't isolate as much as over-the-ear headphones do, but that was expected. I do not like the Be-Aware mode, as it amplifies almost everything in the room, especially higher pitch noises. Again, I just choose not to use this feature. I like these because I can go about my day, pulling cables under the floor or running in the park without worry that they will fall out of my ears.

Sound was okay but the microphone is very poor unusable for conferencing app (webex/teams/zoom). Fades in and out. I have excellent results with other Bluetooth devices.

I couldn't be happier with these. I've tried many pairs of these true wireless style earbuds and have been disappointed. Most don't fit my ear or are uncomfortable after just a few mins. These are so comfortable and I don't even notice them in my ear. They are well built with great packaging for storing and charging. They charge quickly and hold a charge well. It's so convenient to charge the storage case and get several days of near constant use from the earbuds before charging again. I tend to only wear one at a time during the work day and I can easily just pick one up and it connects without issue. The app for the noise canceling options and sound options isn't super friendly but I haven't had to use it enough to take stars off the review for it. The sound is great as well when it comes to music, podcasts or movies. I've already suggested these to several friends and will continue to do so.
