Don't Waste Your Money

I've literally had the charging station plugged for days and it'll be at 2 dots (2/3 full) The day I thought about returning the headphones, my charging station fully charged. The Bluetooth range is weak, so unless I have my phone in my pant pocket, whatever I'm listening to buffers. Also, despite charging earbuds at the same time, they hold a simultaneous charge for about five hours.

Second unit with a problem....

I have had these units on the charger overnight, and this morning, the right earbud is still not showing that it is charging and does not appear to work. I will be returning to the store this morning. I have had two other sets of JLAB earbuds that I purchased over the last 3 years and was very impressed. Not sure if it is bad luck that I have got two bad units in a row, but am leary now of the quality.

Sturdy but not comfortable

On the plus side, one fell out in a sink full of dirty dish water and it STILL WORKS.

Pile of poop.

They will not stay paired with my iPhone. They sound very tinny. The app is useless does nothing. Don’t waste your money or time.

Disappointed

JLab earbuds are trash

I had 5 pairs of these and every last one messed up except the last ones I brought the other day, they wouldn’t even connect to my Bluetooth or come on outsider the case. I tried a few different styles of JLab earbuds and they’re all terrible and not worth the price at all. $100 for some trash is absolutely absurd.

Ear buds

Bad choice

Defective

The other set has a defective case that will not hold a charge with minimal use. Of course the problems started after the return period was up. I tried to submit a warranty claim on the jlab site and the instructions sate that I have to pay for shipping so that they can replace the defective item...terrible customer service model.

So dissappointing.

Then I went out for a ride. Even with the distance from my pocket to my ears (and no, I'm not 32 feet tall), the buds could not keep connected to my phone. Constant dropping out. Bummer since they had so much promise. Time for a return. I suppose there's a reason the Apple Pros are so much, they seem to work.
