    Don't Waste Your Money

    They work okay when you can figure out how to fully charge the charging station. I've literally had the charging station plugged for days and it'll be at 2 dots (2/3 full) The day I thought about returning the headphones, my charging station fully charged. The Bluetooth range is weak, so unless I have my phone in my pant pocket, whatever I'm listening to buffers. Also, despite charging earbuds at the same time, they hold a simultaneous charge for about five hours.

    Second unit with a problem....

    I exchanged the Epic AIR Sport earbuds yesterday because they would not fully charge. I have had these units on the charger overnight, and this morning, the right earbud is still not showing that it is charging and does not appear to work. I will be returning to the store this morning. I have had two other sets of JLAB earbuds that I purchased over the last 3 years and was very impressed. Not sure if it is bad luck that I have got two bad units in a row, but am leary now of the quality.

    Even though they have different size covers they still don't fit my ears properly and don't stay in. On the plus side, one fell out in a sink full of dirty dish water and it STILL WORKS.

    Only positive thing I can say about these is they are loud. They will not stay paired with my iPhone. They sound very tinny. The app is useless does nothing. Don’t waste your money or time.

    Sounds good but kept losing connection when I am biking. Also cannot stay in the ears. Mine fell out a couple of times...almost lost one. Returned it and bought a beats pro

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally worked 1 time and then the left one quit pairing and working. Buy another brand

    Wish I could give these earbuds a 0 on the stars. I had 5 pairs of these and every last one messed up except the last ones I brought the other day, they wouldn’t even connect to my Bluetooth or come on outsider the case. I tried a few different styles of JLab earbuds and they’re all terrible and not worth the price at all. $100 for some trash is absolutely absurd.

    They work ok. Problem is the left one drains rapidly and the sound is really low when I watch YouTube videos and others.

    Really had ANC, even after the updated firmware. Sounds quality subpar too. don't believe some of the YouTube reviews

    Very unimpressed. The "active noise cancelation" is not even noticeable. I had to return. Sounds quality was decent, but don't buy for the ANC

    I ended up exchanging these for around the ear ones but same brand. The right ear one of these wouldn't sync and the shape of them polked me in my face.

    These are junk. Don’t buy them. They will not charge fully and they do not pair easily. The volume is too low.

    Sound quality is awful. Functionality is awful. Stopped shutting off when placed into base. Just not even worth the aggravation, going back.

    the sound is very bad when i’m talking. they are loosing power very fast, the battery is not good like the cheaper one . not easy for use

    Worked great until it didn't. One earbud stopped connecting, then upon manual reset, neither one could connect to my laptop again.

    Purchased 2 of these. One set works as advertised. The other set has a defective case that will not hold a charge with minimal use. Of course the problems started after the return period was up. I tried to submit a warranty claim on the jlab site and the instructions sate that I have to pay for shipping so that they can replace the defective item...terrible customer service model.

    Disappointing. Initially super jazzed at the app and the sound. Then I went out for a ride. Even with the distance from my pocket to my ears (and no, I'm not 32 feet tall), the buds could not keep connected to my phone. Constant dropping out. Bummer since they had so much promise. Time for a return. I suppose there's a reason the Apple Pros are so much, they seem to work.
