    If you are someone that uses headphones actively and needs a solid set of wireless headphones with long life and comfortability, these are great. I’ve tried several brands and models of wireless earbuds. It’s frustrating trying to find some that fit with your ears and also provide great quantity sound. I actively listen to podcasts during the week while I’m at work and love a good earphone to avoid the distractions from my apartment and outside. This product includes both ear buds and the charging case that has a USB cord that can directly to any USB port. After charged, it will charge your product independently. The sound quality is great for an earbud type model. The shape is very similar to apple AirPods. I find the elongated bottom helps them stay in my ears while doing average tasks. I would not recommend these for high activity like running or working out. These are super comfortable and I have no problem wearing them for several hours during the day. The sound quality is great and I find them very useful for when I do transcription jobs.

    In a nutshell, these earbuds have a stated battery life of 12 hours, plus up to 36 additional hours using the charging case. The case charges directly by USB or on a wireless charging pad. The battery life decreases slightly if you use the Active Noise Control/Be Aware options. They have a wear detect sensor to pause/restart your music as you take them on or off, and they're fully functional whether you use both at the same time or the Right or Left individually. They have an IP55 sweatproof rating, so you shouldn't submerge them but they should hold up to just about any weather/perspiration conditions. There are 4 sets of tips included along with an additional "memory foam" set for a snugger fit. There are touch controls on each earbud, and they're fully customizable via their Android/IOS app. The app also allows you to customize the equalizer, Noise Cancelling, Be Aware, and AutoPlay/Pause sensors. The sound is really good, but it can be made better by adjusting the equalizer settings depending on whether you're listening to music, podcasts or audio books.

    Would not pair no matter what I tried. Wasn’t going to deal with problems out of the box. Returned them for a different brand.

    Today I am reviewing the JLab Epic Air ANC earbuds. In my testing, I used them with various music genres using Apple Music as the source on my iPhone. First Impression: My initial impression of these earbuds is that they are well made and well packaged. The earbuds are strong, the ear tips are firmly held in place, and it comes with 7 sets of varying sizes to get a solid fit in the ear. The charging case is solid, well made, large enough to not get lost, and small enough to easily carry. It has a built-in USB cord for charging that is molded into the case to keep it from getting damaged and to avoid it getting snagged onto something. It can be plugged into any USB Type-A charging port that is less than 1.0 amp. This set does not come with an AC to DC USB adapter, so you’ll need to provide one if you need it. Fit: Like I mentioned above, they come with 7 sets of ear tips of various sizes. I found the one that fit the best and tried them on. Regardless of which ear tips I selected, the earbuds didn’t feel secure. The earbuds kept falling out with all tips except one pair. And even with those, it felt like they want to fall out, but they didn’t. Quality: The headphones are very well made. The ear tips have a hard-plastic ring on the inside to make sure they don’t come loose. One of the tips is a foam tip. Not sure why, but it is comfortable. The touch sensors on the earbuds feel solid. They also have a larger than normal surface to make it easy to use. The charging case is very solid. The door is well fit and held in place with magnets. The white power level indicators are bright and easy to see, and the built-in USB cable is very solid and doesn’t come loose when held in place. The magnets do a good job of holding the earbuds in the case. Charging/pairing: I started by charging them in the case. Charging took about 30 minutes. Since then I have charged the earbuds twice and I still have 3 white lights indicating a full charge on the case. When the earbuds are charging, you can see the status with nice blue LEDs. After they charged, I removed them from the charging case, and they were ready to pair. They immediately showed up in the BT list on my iPhone and paired right away. App: These earbuds use an app called JLab Air ANC, available for Android and iOS. When I opened the app, it immediately found and connected to the earbuds. It provides status on the earbuds and complete control of them. You can adjust the settings for noise cancellation and Be Aware status, create 4 custom eq settings for personalized sound quality, customize the button pushes to do what you want them to do, and update the earbuds. The app is easy to navigate, and probably one of the best earbud apps I have had the pleasure of using. Sound quality: To me, the sound quality out of the gate had really good audio with the phone, really good audio with spoken words, such as listening to audiobooks, and ok with music. With multiple genres, I found the sound quality was flat. However, the equalizer in the app does a really good job of adjusting the sound quality. It is a 10-channel eq with 4 presets. You can change any or all of the presets and save your changes. And selecting the equalizer is easy using the touch sensor on the earbud. After I adjusted the 4 presets to my liking, all of the genres I listen to sound good. Conclusion: I really wanted to like these earbuds. The JLab Epic Air ANC earbuds are well made and good sounding earbuds. Once tuned with the app, they sound really nice. I especially liked the app, very powerful, and easy to navigate. The noise cancellation and Be Aware modes worked beautifully and controlling everything through the split surface touch sensors gives you complete control. I rate these 4 out of 5, only because I didn’t like the way it sat in my ear, regardless of which tips I used. This is a personal preference, and no way speaks to the quality of the earbuds. I recommend these headphones for those who like how they sit in the ear.

    After a month one of the speakers just started buzzing no matter what I did. I spent too much money on them to be having issues. Poor quality.

    The sound on them during phone calls are below par and they would fall out of my ear constantly i returned them the next day

    Bought because they were on sale. Could never get the right earbud to sync. Returned and got the apple pro earbuds

    Like all of the JLab earbuds I've owned, the Epic Air ANCs are comfortable and sound fantastic. Bass and clarity are both excellent out of the box, but you can fine tune the sound to your liking through the JLabs app. These earbuds come with 6 sets of tips. I prefer the comfort foam set. They conform to your ear and block ambient sound well. And they are very comfortable. ANC works, but I don't feel enough cancellation occurs, even when set to the highest setting. Also, while the bass is strong, I was not able to remove it completely with the equalizer. This is probably a firmware issue and will be fixed in time. Hence minus 1 star. Regardless of the noise cancellation and bass issues, these are still great sounding, comfortable earbuds, well worth the price of admission.

    goes in and out when using it trying to answer a phone call is horrible no button - just suppose to touch it it doesnt work
