These are awesome!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve owned JLab earbuds in the past and it’s been hit or miss based on the ear fitting. I’m a runner so I like it when the ear fit is perfect and I don’t have to keep adjusting while I’m running. The Epic Air Wireless Earbuds are runner’s dream. Great sound quality and I haven’t had to adjust my ear not once while on a four-mile run. I like that you can charge both into a USB and on a wireless charging pad. My nitpicks: I had to un-sync and re-sync the earbuds at least three times to finally get both earbuds to connect. And I’m struggling with the double tap to pause music, but I’m getting the hang of it. It takes practice to tap in the exact spot. Overall, I can easily say these are the best JLab earbuds I have worn and these are my new go-to earbuds when I go on my morning run.

I love the noise cancelling feature!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are way above average earbuds! The app made it easy to set up and adjust to your sound needs. Stylish and sleek and just an overall sophisticated look. The sound is very impressive! I love that with one tap the noise cancelling feature is activated. These earbuds come with a sleek case that charges the earbuds. Also included is an additional set of 6 tips to get the best fit. Great pair of earbuds! Highly recommend!

Features rich
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received my buds last weekend. I take the train each way for an hour and go out for a walk at lunch. I have tested it during this week and I have to tell you this is a fantastic product. I got the Galaxy Buds Live and hated it. So finding your ABC buds was the best thing I did. I love the option to adjust ANC and Beware. Both worked perfectly. I have seen people complain about the Be Aware but for me it worked very well ANC on train was flawless. I'm using your signature equalizer and sound is fantastic. I've nothing to complain about. I've only tested the call quality once on a short call and it was very good

Seems to lack maturity
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these JLab Epic Air ANC True Wireless earbuds because I wanted true wireless earbuds with dual connect. These JLab Epic Air come in a box with several ear tips to get a customized fit. The pre-installed medium tips were actually too large for my ears because they kept popping out. I tried all the ear tips and settled on the smallest. All the tips are sound isolating. This is a little off-putting for some people, myself included. I would enjoy these more if they came with normal foam tips. The charging case reminds me of a ring box. It's not flat but domed because the earbuds have a diagonal extension to direct audio into your ear canal. As a result, the case is probably 25% larger in each dimension than I would like it to be. The case has a leather-like flap on the front, top and back. I like this premium touch. To charge the case, you can use the pull out reversible USB connector or you can drop the case on your Qi compatible wireless charging pad. These Jlab Epic Air earbuds are packed with sensors. The Logo on each earbud itself is a touch sensor, depending on which earbud is being touched, it could control volume, activate your digital assistant, change the ANC mode, toggle between EQ modes, control music, answer/hang-up phone calls and change the listening modes. In addition, they seem to have gyroscopic sensors so if you take out an earbud to talk to someone, it pauses your music. However, when connected to a PC, the touch sensors have an unusual amount of delay and sometimes do not seem to respond. I'm very appreciative of the fact that these are dual connect earbuds. I've had earbuds in the past where the right earbud was the dominant earbud. So if I wanted just one earbud in, it couldn't be the left one. With these, JLab Epic Air either left or right or both can be used. Just be aware that the touch controls do not change just because you're using one earbud. So since the left earbud controls volume down, you need to use your phone to do volume up. Initial Bluetooth connection was easy. Subsequent connections are automatic and there are no buttons to fumble to turn them on/off. However, I'm disappointed that they are not multi-point compatible. To connect to my PC, I have to disconnect them from my phone's Bluetooth and re-connect them to my PC. Not an easy automatic process. I was rather frustrated searching for the JLab Air ANC App on my Android phone. It doesn't appear in a simple search in the Google Play store. Instead, I had to find a link to the app on their website which still took me to Google Play store where I could install it. The app provides the ability to fine tune the EQ, ANC and the Be Aware functions. It also allows the ability to customize the touch controls. And an earbud firmware update was waiting for me in the app. Because of the sound isolating ear tips, I have to jam the tips into my ears so that they stay in place. Once installed, it feels like I'm underwater. The first moment I hear audio through the earbuds, it sounds a little muffled but clears right up and music sounds just fine. Being able to fine-tune the EQ to my tastes helped improve my audio enjoyment. When not enjoying audio, the Be Aware mode has a lot of white noise, presumably to mimic some of the noise that is present in the room. With ANC on, that noise cuts out immediately, but comes back at a much lower volume in a second or two. With ANC off, the white noise is gone. Once I start listening to music though, that white noise is gone in all the modes. With Be Aware mode on, it seems to amplify ambient noises rather excessively. To be honest, I could not discern too much difference between ANC on or off above the sound isolation. There might some noise cancellation difference, but it's not as pronounced as compared to a set of Bose QC35. Phone calls are clear the through the earbuds. But because of the sound isolating tips, I find myself speaking louder than I need to because I can't hear my own voice as clearly. By using just one of the earbuds on a phone call, that eliminates that problem. The other party tends to hear some reverberation, so if you are talking quickly, the words tend to get jumbled up. I suspect this is a microphone sync issue so I'm hopeful that there is a firmware update that improves this performance. I really wanted to like these JLab Epic Air ANC True Wireless earbuds. But they need to make the app searchable in the Google Play Store, improve the ANC and improve the microphone performance in phone calls to cut out reverb. With these in mind, it seems like these earbuds just lack a little maturity.

Garbagio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased these off of JLab's website when they first released. What a frustrating time it has been with these, but I will list the pros before I get into the frustrations. Pros: Exceptional Noise canceling for the price Above average sound quality Battery life Cons: Connectivity issues UNRELIABLE charging Does not stay in ear Build quality Despite the pros, they are very lackluster.. The worst part about these.. they charge when they want to. sometimeS 1 earbud and sometimes both. So charging is hit or miss. I even contacted them twice to possibly getting replacements, thinking maybe i had a faulty product.. NO RESPONSE BACK. I'll never buy from this company or purchase their products elsewhere, again.

Not What I Expected
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, let me preface this. I’ve used many truly wireless earbuds including brands such as Sony, Soundcore, Jlab, LG, Google, Samsung, etc... When it comes to the sound and ANC, I can say that these work okay. The bad is that when listening to music, they are constantly cutting out as if something was in the way of the Bluetooth connection. At times, I would be listening to music, then simply put my cellphone in my pocket. All of a sudden the earbuds would cut in and out until i took my phone out of my pocket. Call Quality This has to be the part I had high hopes for. I make quite a bit of calls each day for work. On my calls using the Epic Air ANC wireless earbuds, I was told I sounded like a robot at time, that my voice cut in and out, and that i was also muffled. I switched to using another pair of earbuds, then I sounded fine. So in short, I’m sad to say that i cannot recommend anyone but these at the moment. Maybe a hardware update can fix the issues.

Dissapointed with IPhone App
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The app for the IPhone crashes after updating the earbud software. The app is required for additional settings and configuring the earbuds. Sound quality is great and they fit my ears well. Lightweight and great battery life.

Meh, wouldn't recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The touch screen button they have did not work on the right ear piece, sound was okay but not great, I downloaded the app which asked me to update the JLab Audio Buds (I thought it would fix the issue with the sound but it just made it worse) The noise canceling feature plays a weird static in the background its terrible! Also their not really comfortable if you have small ears, even with the smallest gel tips, I found them to be pretty uncomfortable and they look a lot bigger/bulky in person than in the pictures. Overall not great I will be returning these tomorrow.

Underwhelmed and poor case
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality is major league sub par. No bass at all. 75% volume to even be heard Case is not replaceable, unavailable from Jlab. Hate the super short USB A cable. App allowing customization of taps is a plus but ridiculously underpowered, underwhelming device not worth $100, not worth $50. Will be taking back for anything with better audio quality.

Wouldn't touch again with 10ft pole, esp@ $100
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thoroughly unhappy with these headphones. Got them for $50 on Black Friday, opened the box, put them in, my first reaction was that the sound was less rich than my old $20 Symphonized headphones. But it was also clearer, so I wasn't too mad. But after some playing around with the ANC on/off, there is zero difference. Actually, I think the noise cancelling on produces some static background without any actual noise cancelling, so it's worse than having the setting off. The passive noise isolation is substantially worse than my Symphonized headphones, too. Over all, I have no idea why anyone would want to keep these.

Waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was excited to try these earbuds out after reading the reviews. I charged them all night and was looking forward to pairing them in the morning. Unfortunately only the left earbud works. I did all the troubleshooting that was recommended and still nothing. Even downloaded the app they said too. Nothing. The app showed the charge on them (after charging all night) to be 15% in the left 5% in the right but then said “make sure both earbuds are paired. Yet as previously stated, the right earbud doesn’t power on or anything. This is my first and most certainly my last time buying this brand. I will be returning them today.

Serious quality problems with two different sets.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received these earbuds for Christmas, but unfortunately the left one would not power on. The phone app showed it was stuck at 5% battery. Charging overnight did not change that. The right one worked and paired to my phone but had poor audio quality. I exchanged them for a new set only to find that both earbuds and the charging case were dead. Completely non-functionable and would not charge. I finally exchanged these again for a different brand this time. Steer clear of JLabs products.

Worst waste of time, excitement, and money.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I HATE THEM. One didn’t work at all. The trouble shooting didn’t help either. One earbud didn’t connect to the other. It was ridiculous to say the least. I’ve purchased cheaper JLab earbuds before but of course the one time I purchase the expensive ones I’m miserable. I regret it. It’s kind of pathetic. I’ll try this again tomorrow after a replacement but I’m willing to bet this brand isn’t a very good brand at all.

Not good.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've bought these earphones for my dad for Christams, around a week in the left earbud has stopped working completely. I'm trying to look for a replacement, but the ordoer is somehow not on my account and the label that came on the box was already messed with when arrived. I wish I had bought galaxy buds, the more reliable brand name and saving all this trouble would've been worth the extra 20$.

Awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hate these things. They won't charge, you need 17 steps to try and pair them, if you time it just right. My last earbuds just worked without any research and they were cheaper.

Garbage!!
