I really liked the noise cancellation feature. The battery life is impressive. I didn’t like you need to purchase an additional piece to charge the earbuds. Also, because of the size, its easier for the earbuds to fall out during physical activity. Something as simple as push ups can cause them to fall out.

This JLab Epic Air piece is truly epic, with great clarity and style. It has been my go-to earpiece since I bought it in December 2020. It was easy to pair and it holds a good charge. I like the fact that you can use one bud at a time, save so much battery that way.

The different tips help me to get a more accurate fit. I wish they were a tad less bulky and that your EQ choice would remain the same and not default back to #1 on the app. The sound quality is great though and the price I paid makes me glad I choose these over airpods

Does the job. Primarily used for work from home / remote conference calls. Mic quality is OK at best, audio quality is decent, and battery is pretty good. Noise cancelling could be improved, but music sounds decent.

These earbuds are great. Good improvements from previous version. Wireless charging, good sound, and you can use one bud at a time if wanted. Only complaint is fit, they occasionally start to slip out of my ears. Nonetheless, very worth the price.

I wanted a set of backup earbuds with ANC, so I gave these a shot when they went on sale for half price but ended up returning them due to ... well, lack of ANC. The charging case is somewhat padded and fits easily in a pocket. The integrated charging cable is really short, but I mostly use a charging pad so the short cable wasn't a big deal to me. Nice receiving 6 sets of different size ear tips to find the best fit. Having a separate app for custom equalizer settings is a good feature and helped improve the volume of sound output, which seemed low straight out of the box. Music sound quality turned out to be really pretty good for sub $100 earbuds. Fairly crisp and clear with punchy bass. Phone calls were okay, not the cleanest but not bad either. Size is not overly large, so good comfort (YMMV) and they look nice without sticking way out. The touch controls are okay once I got used them. The noise cancellation is primarily the passive type, achieved simply by plugging the buds into one's ears and getting a decent seal. But the Active Noise Cancellation barely added anything to the existing passive noise cancellation. I didn't expect tremendous ANC capability in this price range, but expected something a little more than practically no ANC at all. Low, steady sounds that ANC should be able to address, such as fan noise, running faucets, cars driving by were all still very noticeable with ANC on. Nearly the same sound noise level whether ANC was switched on or off. The app didn't improve this shortcoming. As for the Be Aware mode that accentuates ambient sounds, it was actually fairly effective. Overall, if you get these earbuds at half price and don't care about ANC, you might be quite happy. I bought them in order to have at least decent ANC, but they really fell short in that area.

Quick and easy set-up thru WIFI. Multiple ear piece fittings make sure they are comfortable and snug. Great tone and reception and offers many features for the price.

Very good overall. Bought for wife for Christmas. I tried them myself. The sound is great. The hookup is fairly easy. They seem a little cumbersome compared to my beats but do fit fairly well with some adjusting. Great battery life. Very clear sound

My wife really likes these earbuds for working out. She says they have great sound and easy to use. I ordered them online as out of stock at Bestbuy. Was told would be here in about 3 to 5 days. It took about 3 weeks was not happy about that.

Pros: Great sound, great battery life, came with a lot of foams to choose from, can control a lot with touch control, was very easy to pair to iPhone and mac Cons: A little bulky, not very stylish, the control system can be a little tricky

Didn’t want to spend to much money for fear of losing. Love these, great sound, easy to use. Charge last and easy to charge. Happy with this purchase.

Fit my ears ok. Fairly easy to use. Decent sound quality. Got on sale and worth the price. If on a budget, these will fit the bill. If looking for high quality sound/features, you may want to spend more

So far I am a fan of these headphones. I use them mainly for my workouts and so far so good. Good sound, good connectivity and they fit good too. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is I have o my had them a few weeks.

Love these! Love the multiple ear pieces that came with them so I could find the ones that fit best. Sound is crystal clear. Has an excellent battery life.

Still working on getting the right fit in my ear; but they are working great on flights (only use) and do a respectable job of noise canceling. Battery life is more than adequate. Good product for the price.

Great sound. Make sure you spend time trying all the buds for each ear to get the right fit. A little bit of a pain to learn to use and to have to pair and disconnect for each device when you change.

My first pair of earbuds and I am pleased with my choice. Nice battery life and easily recharged when placed back in the case. Noise canceling feature is nice because I work in a machine shop environment.

A great gift! Easy to use, a good size, fits well in your ear, and good quality! The sounds are good, long battery life. I wish that there was a pause button on the ear bud them self, but they are still great.

Purchased two pairs of these buds less then a month ago. They sound pretty good once you set the default eq to signature sound. I like that they include so many ear tips in the package. Battery life is spectacular. The case can charge two different ways. The bad. The case feels life a really cheap plastic. One case stopped charging all together. It doesn't work at all. The company offers a 2 year warranty. BUT you have to pay to send your item back to them and they email you a credit to there website. I am returning the defective pair to Bestbuy instead of going through all of that.
