Very easy to pair! I like how they fit, feel and sound. Tried a couple of the different sizes for the ear pads and found the perfect fit.

These Epic Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds were a hit straight out of box. One small change in ear piece size enabled a great ear fit that stayed in place while doing a DIY project involving a lot of up-down movements and material handling. There is plenty of value in these low cost ear buds including great sound and clarity. I did take advantage of the software app (download) for my phone and easily modified the equalizer to my taste. The ANC feature works great and is adjustable. Overall, I would highly recommend these buds

I really do like these headphones better than most I've ever had when it comes to Bluetooth wireless and the fact that the case is a wireless charging case is awesome as well! The only complaint I would have is the be aware feature tends to cause feedback what I mean by that is it sounds very much like my grandmother's hearing aids lol.... But it's a small price to pay for a pretty decent quality pair of headphones that I can control and customize the touch controls in the unique app designed for the headphones.

Let me begin by saying..... pairing the headphones were a NIGHTMARE!!! Ihad to go to best buy, return first purchase because rhey would pair and even when the secong pair came in, the associates couldnt figure it out either. After a week, finally my husband helped and we got it to work Now that i have them working, they are AWESOME!!! feels like they are alwyas charged! Overall rating: WORTH THE HASSLE

So worth the money. Great sound , long lasting battery life with built in case charger. Energy the case can wireless charge.

Noise cancellation is amazing, battery life exceeds expectations. Comfortable fit in ears, can be worn for hours.

Good sound quality and battery life but inside circuitry goes out quick after a couple drops from staying on nice and fit.

Good- Sounds great, stays in the ear for the most part. battery life and charging case are great! Noise cancelling is great. Be aware works well. Can hear a pin drop. Negative- Controls are infrared so I can't go out in the sun AT ALL. if I turn my head to the sun, away from the sun... my audio pauses, unpauses, pauses, unpauses, over and over. VERY ANNOYING! No thanks! Also the mic does not pick me up very well at all.

let me start by saying that these earbuds are making the name brand ones look pretty silly, I say this because the others are charging twice sometimes even three times the amount as these but yet don't perform any better. these JLab earbuds are nice , comfortable , sound great and best of all very affordable. I got them at a great price at BestBuy. They even have an app so that you can adjust the equalizer to your liking. I definitely recommend!

They are great earbuds for the money. Little light on the base compared to some others, but sound quality is really good.

Good battery life. ANC is not required to get a true Noise Cancelling experience but make sure you use the foam tip covers. Comfortable.

Excellent battery life. The charging case may be found to be a little bulky for pocket carry if that matters to you, but I found it not to be a big deal. Sound quality above average for the price. Excellent Bluetooth range. Decent noise canceling options. I found only one of the supplied bud sizes to provide a good fit however; the cloud foam. Getting these during a half off sale at BB proved to be a great value.

A very useful set of wireless earbuds. They are cheap enough for me to throw around, but they have ANC and the sound quality is fine (not great, but fine). I find the touch controls to be good - they have volume up and down, as well as toggling through ANC, ANC off, and Be Aware mode. My only concern is with fit - they don't quite fir snugly enough for me to use as a workout set of earbuds, but otherwise, I use them everywhere I go.

This is my second pair of Jlabs I like the way they fit comfortable with cushion ear tips. Sound is okay but not the best I use for walking my dog listening to pod cast. A problem I had was the sunlight would auto pause the music when I was wearing it and default was auto pause on so I had to open app to turn it off. But app would close and auto pause would switch back on. I fixed the problem by covering the sensors with black tape. Battery life is good. I like the case and I do like the built-in charge plug.
