Great headphones that are easy to use! They are comfortable, stays on and can't get lost! Excellent sound quality and does have noise cancelling which will cancel some background noise. I own, over the ear, headphones and like these better! I have used them in and outdoors with good success!

Was good right after purchase, noise cancelling works good. But after 25 days battery life diminished to just 30 minutes run time after charging all night.(without using noise cancelling) also after trying multiple sources for charging to no avail. Returned to the store for an exchange and will see if these last any longer.

These headphones are ideal for working out or using at any other time when you don’t want cords getting in the way since they connect via Bluetooth. I’ve been using them a lot as I work from home as well - you can pair them to your computer and then walk away to use the restroom or grab a snack and still be able to hear everything perfectly. I listen to a lot of music. The sound on these is very nice. They have good bass as well as depth of sound in general. The maximum volume on these headphones is loud as well. The noise canceling is amazing - my favorite feature. There are a few noise cancelling modes that let you control how much ambient noise comes in to your ears. With the high noise canceling level, I couldn’t hear a thing going on around me, even in loud places like the gym. Another noise canceling mode I’ve been using a lot is the ‘Be Aware Audio’ mode. This mode allows background noise in for safe listening when necessary (e.g., when someone next to you talks to you or an announcement is made on the train). I love this mode for going on outdoor runs or commuting to work on the subway. It makes me feel safer knowing I can hear the important things going on around me. They also have a built-in microphone so you can take calls when using these. The headset lets you answer and end phone calls as well as control volume and music. They are super comfortable when I wear them. I can wear them for hours with no earaches (unlike many other headphones I’ve owned in the past). They fit securely in my ears, and stay in really well as I do intense workouts like running. Battery life on these seems to be excellent - they are rated to last 14 hours. I've been using them for 5 hours, and they are still nearly fully charged. As an added level of protection, these headphones come with an AUX cable to allow you directly plug in to devices, just in case the battery runs out. Additionally, I had no problem pairing these with my iPhone XS plus or my 2017 MacBook Pro. Overall, a useful pair of headphones with great sound and useful features!

Ok so i work outdoors with very loud equipment and have only tried anc buds one other time. They were mpow buds and i ended up returning them bc they didn't work good at blocking noise. Ive used skullcandy, panasonic, sony. I love my sonys that only cost $35 but aren't anc. They block out noise pretty good and have a battery that last over 12 hours. I decided to give some anc buds a try again to see if they would be better at blocking out my loud equipment. Did some research and decided on these jlabs. They had good reviews and a 25 hour battery which i thought was great. I need buds that will last all day with out having to charge them. Ill get to the good about these. The battery is great. They have a good Bluetooth connection. But thats about where the good ends for me. Now for the bad. First off the sound is not good for $80 buds. These are probably the worst sounding buds out of all the ones i have. No bass and all treble. It is hard to get them to stay in your ears and they actually hurt my ears after wearing them all day. They let in a ton of outside noise without the anc turned on. Even with anc turned on it's still noisy and it seems like the audio quality goes down even more with anc on. I couldn't even use anc on high bc it just sounded awful, so i used it on low and it was the only way i could listen with them. Tried all the different sizes of ear buds it came with. Could not find any that helped. So i used some skullcandy ones and they helped a little. As much as i wanted these to wofk for what i needed they did not. I used them for a full work week and finally gave up and went back to my sonys. I returned these to best buy. I dont believe there are good anc ear buds for my line of work so my search continues for the better noise blocking buds.

Complete surprised with the JLabs. Sound are very good while I'm at work or gym. I'm constantly using it while working dealing with users in a high noisy areas. People hear me just fine. Battery last for my entire shift and at time a bit more while driving listen to music.

I love these Ear buds, everyday of the week! They are so comfortable & the sound is by far … the best! The style of resting around my neck, allows my hands to be free, so I can read with my Kindle.

Wonderful sound quality - -controls a little confusing at first. Comfortable. Charge easily. Handy to keep around neck when not in one's ears. Interferes with eyeglasses straps, but I'm more used to them now.

Connects to bluetooth very quickly. Takes a long time to recharge. Sound is good. Has 3 different sogound settings for noise cancelling. Would buy these earphones again. Comes with different size ear coverings for earphones to fit every size ear.

Love the battery life. Love the ear fit and the way it hangs around my neck. Don’t even know it’s there. ANC is also a nice bonus. Very pleased. Would recommend and buy again.

Very good sound. So-so noise cancelling, but great for the price. Very simple and straightforward controls. Tap up/down for volume control. Long tap for track for/back. Center button on/off, answer/hang up. Easy to use, easy to pair.

Sound quality is excellent. The only drawback is the ear buds hang down mid chest like a necklace, they do not retract. So when working i am always afraid they are going to fall off or get caught on something

I have a new job that allows me to listen to music, podcasts, audiobooks all day. Great set of headphones. Excellent battery life and noise cancelling options.

Love these excel for the fact that it won’t charge appropriately until you run the battery almost completely to zero. It can charge for a week and still only say charge is medium, then die I’m 1 minute. Charge is extremely unpredictable but otherwise the quality and sound is outstanding. It’s the only headset that doesn’t fall out of my ears while on my bike!

Sound quality for these is great. It does the noise canceling great which allows me to get projects done quicker.

Sound quality is great! I find it difficult to distinguish the answer but ton from the volume buttons when I'm driving especially. The volume buttons are reverse of what they should be ie; the top button is volume down and the bottom button is volume up. The other problem is if the microphone touches you face people have a hard time understanding you.
