A: Yes. The buds fit securely in your ears & they are labeled Right & Left ear.
Q: If I have anc mode on can I still listen to music? And will I still hear my phones alarm?

Q: Are these low profile enough to sleep in?
A: I’m not sure about sleeping with them, Unless you can sleep on your back. I turned on my side & I think I may have broken mine. I could have bent or broken a wire inside, I would not recommend that move. I did purchase another set because of that. MissLady
