Sounds pretty good. Noise cancellation feature leaves a lot to be desired.

In summary, these “Epic Sport ANC” earbuds from Jlab have all the features you’d expect at their reasonable price plus a couple of unique ones as well. However, for active use I found the touch controls to be somewhat inconvenient, although nothing that I won’t eventually get used to.
Like most wireless earbuds, these come in a case that holds a charge of its own and is able to recharge the buds themselves multiple times. This is the first one I’ve seen that includes a built-in USB-C cable. It’s very short though and would best be used in a situation where you would plug it into a USB-C port on a laptop. I couldn’t use it that way but fortunately it also has a separate USB-C port so I could plug it into the cable from the charger that I use for my phone, tablet, etc. The case can also be placed on a Qi-compatible pad for wireless charging. So thumbs up for providing multiple options here.
Another new feature – at least to me – was that they were the easiest devices to pair to my (Android) phone that I’ve ever seen. Just removing them from the case put them into pairing mode, and then when I unlocked my phone I saw a popup letting me know that a new device was available and I just tapped that to begin the pairing operation. It was all done in seconds! To pair a second device and take advantage of multipoint connections, they recommend that you turn off Bluetooth in the device that’s already paired and then use the same initial pairing behavior to connect another device. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device and you will have both devices connected. Of course, from that point on, the earbuds will connect to either or both devices the next time you take them out of the case.
The buds fit well and are comfortable to wear. The ear hook goes in place easily and will certainly prevent having one pop out accidentally when running or cycling. The sound is good and can be adjusted by using the companion app that’s available on the app store. The ANC feature is decent for earbuds in this price class. I do have some better ones, but they cost 2-3x what these do. And anyway, if they’re being used for outdoor activities, it’s probably best to not use ANC and pay attention to your surroundings (ANC can be switched on and off via the control buttons).
This brings me to a minor gripe about the controls. In general it’s frustrating that every one of these devices uses a different combination of tap/double-tap/tap-and-hold etc. for the same operations, play/pause and volume being the most-used functions. I use four different wireless listening devices and have a cheat-sheet in my notes app to remind myself which uses what combo! So first off I’ll give Jlab a lot of credit for having the controls work identically on both earbuds. No more “left-tap pauses and right-tap resumes” and such. The problem for me is that they are touch-sensitive buttons and not buttons that have to be pressed. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t have a sensor in my finger tip to let me guide it to the right place, and by the time I reach up and find the right spot I’ve usually tapped it at least once if not more times. This is especially true when using these while physically active, which seem to be the intent of this product. Often my attempt to pause the music ends up as pause-play-pause or, worse, skips ahead a track when I wasn’t trying to do that (and I’ve cut off more incoming calls than I’ve answered!). However, I do like the volume control, which operates as a slider on the lower part of the ear hook, which is comparatively easy to locate and use.
Some of this just comes with the territory for having to squeeze so much functionality into a small device, and it really doesn’t detract much from the fact that these rate as one of the best products in the competitive mid-range wireless earbud market, especially for active people.

These over the ear buds are fantasic. They sit nice and tight. The sond quality is real good. PLUS, are nice and LOUD. I can crank up the volume and drown everything else. They connect to blue tooth real fast (samsung note 20). Easy to use and has an app to refine sound. Recommend to all, Just buy it. BUY IT!!

I've grown accustomed to using these headphones beyond just the gym, as they offer outstanding bass and volume, making them ideal for listening to music, podcasts, or gaming on the go.
