I like that the carrying case doubles as a charger. The noise canceller does not block out ambient noise (the whole reason why I bought these). They stay on my ears well. Overall, the noise cancellation issue cancels all the good features of these earbuds.

a little more bass would have been nice, but really good

Great product. My favorite so far. I’ve purchased series 1 & 2 before hand and this one surpasses their performance by far!

It has good quality sound and connects easily to your cell phone.

The earbuds are nice, but the phone call quality wasn't good for my galaxy Samsung S21. I love the new case capabilities and the ability to be connected to multiple device's (phone, tablet, etc). I will be returning the earbuds for the older version.

The design has changed since I started getting it. Clarity and noise control feature is great but not as durable and at the least abnormality the case doesn’t charge it

These kept falling out of my ears everytime I would use them to listen to music. The audio was not great as advertised either

These have a good sound but will often lag from one to the other. Also, not great to use in the gym if doing abs/anything with hands on head as the sensors are super sensitive and I'm frequently pausing without meaning to.

Although they look good they didn't fit over the ear. Had trouble getting them to wrap around the ear and then they were uncomfortable. They were also hard to understand phone conversations.
