Overall, these are excellent headphones with only minor quibbles.
Sound - Excellent sound and great isolation with the active noise cancelling. These are comparable to headphones costing about twice as much. It is clear that JLab also paid attention to an aspect of sound that most headphones ignore: how you sound to others when using on a phone call. These are up there with Shoxz Opencomm2 (which are my go-to headphones for phone use).
Fit - I tend to have a hard time with in-ear headphones falling out, particularly while doing things that are more active than sitting at a desk. Like even going for a walk tends to make them fall out. Having the ear-clip keeps these in place much better.
Quibbles - The touch controls, while extant, are not really usable. Everything is controlled through the number of taps, so it's fine to play/pause or answer a call with a single tap, but if you're trying to adjust the volume or skip tracks, you're better off just pulling out the phone. The other quibble relates to the fit. While they are held secure, they do get to be a bit uncomfortable for me after an hour or so of use (two hours max).

The JLab Epic Sport ANC 3, despite having a long of a name, are my favorite sport earbuds I have used. They have two primary jobs, to be a good fitness companion, and to be a good earbud, and they manage to do both exceedingly well, and for a more than reasonable price too.
On the sound side, you get dual drivers(a dynamic driver and a Knowles armature driver) in a compact form factor. What this gives you is a full-range sound that sounds balanced across a range of music genres. The low-end gets reasonably deep while the high-end and midrange are clear and well represented across the classic, pop, and metal tracks that I spent most of my time listening to thus far. You get LDAC and AAC support for hi-res audio tracks, and Labs Spatial Audio to give a more 3D like presentation to the sound, which I personally didn’t use as much as I tended to prefer the more raw quality that comes from standard stereo, especially when working out.
In terms of ANC, you can switch between three modes (on, off, and awareness), which lets you customize how in touch with your surroundings you want to be. So when walking around the gym, I could leave “be aware” of and hear my surroundings well, but then turn on full noise cancelling when on a machine or running, to shut off my surroundings. The ANC works reasonably well as well, cutting out outside noise and not affecting the audio quality in any negative way that I could really notice.
So overall, these are great earbuds, particularly for their price, but where I like them most, and why they have become my favorite workout companion now, is their comfort. I personally have never been a huge earbud user, mainly because I have a hard time finding earbuds that I find comfortable for longer listening sessions. Working out is one of the few times I use earbuds because of the amount of movement I do, but again, comfort has been something I haven’t quite been able to balance. With these, while you can customize them, I was able to use them right out of the box with great success. The ear hooks are sturdy but soft and comfortable on my skin, while the angle of the actual buds in my ear feel secure without pulling. I was able to run, do some weights, and bike with no issues. They are super comfortable and light, which I love. I have no issues recommending these if you are in the market for a very solid pair of earbuds for working out and sports.

Got these on sale. I think they are well worth the price. Sound is very clear and the jlab app comes with great features like equalizer/custom touch controls.
The noise cancelling isn't very strong but for the price you can't really complain.

Do not buy. My first pair quit working within the warranty. I received new pair. They were guaranteed for the remainder of the first warranty. They then quit working. I have tried everything including the factory reset.

Do not buy these. They lie about the working time. You’re lucky to get 2 hours. I returned the first pair because I assumed they had to be faulty, but same thing. It’s a common issue I guess where the left earbud does not charge correctly. I would never recommend these to anyone!
