I had an allergic reaction in my ears from these earbuds. Never had this problem before not even if they’re from Dollar Tree!!!! The earbud silicone made my ears itch and raw. I had dry patches in my ear canals for months before they’d healed. I even tried it with out the silicone and still had an allergic reaction. My son did too, but my daughter (who has eczema) didn’t. So they work fine for her…that’s the ONLY reason I put 1 star.

I'm very picky about ear buds. These are the BEST true wireless I've ever owned. Very comfortable fit and high-quality sound. I bought 2 pairs after returning the JBL Vibes (which I found to be horrible ear buds). JLab is a great brand.

I have two problems with this product. They continuously fall out of my ears, even after I changed the size and, it will stop picking up sound, even if it's fully charged.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is always our goal to deliver a great experience, and we feel gutted when we don't succeed. We will use the feedback to improve and prevent this from happening again.

These work very well. I enjoy them. My only complaint is that I find it difficult to grasp and remove them from their container. JLab should have pul ridges or something on the buds where you grasp them to remove them from the container.

Girlfriend purchased these for work, first pair one headphone never worked. She took them back and exchanged them for the same ones. She loves them. They isolate sound. Well. 5 stars if she didnt have to take them back

The charging case apparently does not provide a solid magnetic connection to the buds for charging purposes and they routinely will auto-connect back to my phone even though they're in the storage case.
