There are a lot of features and I'm working those like answering the phone, knowing what 1 beep does as opposed to 2 beep and the long hold I'm sure once I work through that it will be 5 Stars.

I had a small problem with them not staying in tightly, but after changing to the larger rubber covers (included), the problem was solved. Very happy with them for what I need them for.
