After using several brands, I love these. Several days of full day use without charging. Comfortable and excellent range.

Positive: Convenient and works well. Sounds good. Easy to set up and use.
Negative: The ear-pieces do not sit positively on the ears. This is because they are not shaped to fit AROUND the ear. Instead (for reasons known only to the maker) they sit ON TOP of the ear, which makes them feel as though they are always about to slip off the head. Truthfully, they actually WILL slip off the head with a sudden up/down (nodding) movement. The ear-pieces are not good ergonomic design.

So happy I purchased these for my home office. They are extremely comfortable on the ears. Block out background noises d/t comfort seal on ear pads, have volume control, mute control, on/off control all one headset. Microphone moves up out of way if so desired. I have started using these to talk to friends and family when not using for remote office as the sound is so clear and you don't have to hold your cell phone. Highly recommend!

I use these for my work from home job and they are great! Pretty comfortable and easy to wear for whole 9 hour shift, really good audio and mic. I’ve paid much for worse headsets so I’m very happy with these. I use them regularly as well for listen to music and watching videos and they’re great for that too.

Great for work zoom. I use to just use the phone for zoom which picked up ambient noise but with the mic, meetings are more smooth. Also use these for listening to podcasts on commute. Connected instantly with iphone .

Surprisingly great audio quality.
Mic external noise rejection is good (not excellent) but good enough for home office use. Red LED on the mic boom is great to know if you've put your mic on mute using the button on the headset (not if you put mute in software).
Sponges on the headset are quite comfortable (not the same as the over the ear) for continuous use.

It is light weight and comfortable to use. It does not have noise cancellation. The wire connecting the computer and the headphone is not long enough. Looks like JLab has a standard length for all their headphone wires.

Much better value than its price point. Sound is very good. Battery last a very long time. Also, using bluetooth I can pair laptop to use MS Teams and connect to cell phone at same time. Allowing me to surf Youtube on my phone for music when not taking conf calls on laptop. Nobody in the office can tell. Giving me a chance to escape and free my mind.

It works and has a good price compared to other options. The problem is durability. You have to be very careful with it. Just putting it in my computer bag the mic arm snapped... so I used electric tape to give it some structure and got another year out of it until yesterday it fell from a couch to a carpet and the plastic of the headset snapped in half. The plastic they use is just garbage and is prone to snapping too easily. STILL... while I wanted to get something else, this appears to be the only product in its price range to do what I need... so I am thinking of buying it again just knowing it is fragile.

Good built quality, fits a bit too snug on my ears, starts to hurt after an hour or so of continuous use. Probably not a good thing for an office headphone. May be minutes is too big for it. LOL!
Good noise cancellation. Good sound and connectivity.

The headset works very well. The battery serms to hold a charge for a very long time. Sound quality is good. My cat cannot chew through the connecting wire like what happened to my previous two headsets.

Got this headset for 50 bucks, incredible I/O sound. Very simple to use. Great range, perfect for standing up and remain actively working. Those whose review said others wouldn’t hear them is because they missed to configure their sound settings. If you buy these, you will NOT regret it!

Nice construction, as light as advertised, convenient mic enabling on the headset, good Bluetooth connectivity... and all audio input and output ceases immediately if the mic is enabled. You have to disable it in the system dialog to get even output back. And that's if you can get it connected in the first place - it does not automatically install drivers even with a fully updated OS, despite what their joke for a support site claims. I had to manually install the Generic Windows Bluetooth Driver myself. If I wanted a wired headset I'd have bought a wired headset. I'm going to return this and buy wireless headphones instead and I don't know what I'm going to do for a microphone yet but it will not involve JLab. I was trying to replace a wired headset that was damaged due to being wired (I have children with amazing grip strength) and this is even worse than the broken headset. The broken headset works better! I can't hear sound very well in one of the speakers but the whole thing doesn't suddenly stop playing audio just by have the mic enabled! What a piece of junk. It claims crystal clear call audio but I'd be satisfied with any audio quality at all!

I use these for my job and the sound quality is great on the phone. They're easy to connect and I love the quick mute button with the red light that's on the mic so I don't forget to unmute when I answer a call. They are reasonably comfortable. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying a backup pair soon.

works okay... have issues with it not always switching between calls successfully. This is often on Teams and going from one meeting to the next with a clear break in the calls. I have to turn it off and back on. The PC still sees the device and does not register there is an issue it appears to be the headset failing as I have other headsets that do not have this issue. I mainly wanted this to be able to switch between my mobile and pc.. works well and the battery life is great, but it could be a better deivce.
