Decent, basic Bluetooth headphones. A little tight on the ears to start but they are getting more comfortable as I break them in. A good value.

This was the best investment for my business. As an attorney attorney client privilege is big. This head set is great I can whisper and my clients her me perfectly. If I am in a loud setting the person the phone cannot hear anything but me. The sound for me is crisp and it is easy to answer or hang up a call and mute if needed.

This headset is great. The audio is nice and crisp and the microphone works equally well. I've received several compliments on how good they sound. They are slightly heavier than I was expecting, but I would still highly recommend them.

These work pretty good for the price. I wosh they cupped the ears instead of sitting flat against them but other than that theybare good.

Works great for meetings and as headphones. Don't recommend using for travel without a case. First set cracked at the pivot point. Second set has lost it's tension at both pivot points. JLab Warranty was great to work with.

They are good product for the price. I would recommend them.

I'm giving this 3 stars because the concept is great however I've had a few issues with it. 1) Connected to my Note 9 I have to reboot the device to accept calls on my phone. Once I reboot its good but the next call I have to reboot again. 2) The 45 hr battery number is pure a great number but in actual usage I can only go 1 to 1.5 days without having to recharge /w fairly heavy use. Not the worse thing in the world but I've resorted to charging every day. 3) The but button on the headset does not work /w the 3.5MM connection. I've resorted to using this for Windows b/c the sound quality via bluetooth is horrible. I don't blame the audio quality on the headset as most if not all bluetooth headsets suffers the same thing. But the who point of the mute /w the red light it is supposed to work. I've had many people tell me "I can hear you" yet mute is set. The mute works fine on bluetooth but not on 3.5mm. I'm also giving 3 b/c Jlab has agreed to a credit once I destroy the item since I can no longer take back to BB.

Feels so soft on my ears and so easy to use. My mom got hold of it and not giving it back :-)

Works well but the headset was a little small and earpads pinched after a few hours of wearing them

bought for my wife. She's using an older laptop and has come connectivity issues every once in a while. not a huge loss considering the price is right. as far as I know, the sound quality is good enough for phone calls and meetings. all she uses them for.

Very nice head phones. The Bluetooth connectivity is pretty good and the volume works well.

For any price these headphones work very well. I can go anywhere in the house and leave my phone in another part of the house and these still work. I have a large house too at 3000 sq feet. In short it works for about 100 feet or so...Communications are very clear and I like the fact it has noise blocking when over my ears.

I read the reviews an decided to give it a try especially since it was a deal of the day special. I thought it would be hard to pair with my work pc but it was actually really easy so I purchased one for a team member. I love the freedom of nano wires and it works well for all of my Zoom meetings.

These are amazing. I work hybrid and when I’m in office it’s great if I need to make a quick teams call and super comfortable. If husband and I are both working from home I can’t hear him with these on. I also use for listening to music. I recommend to friends and colleagues

I use these headphones for work. I needed a pair for work and I was out of options because I do not deal with Amazon. I ordered pick up from Best Buy.

I work from home and decided to buy this headset so I am not "chained" to my table for 8hours. I would really loved for this to work but I have been getting comments from my caller that I sounded like I'm in a cave or how they could hear all the background noises

So convenient to be able to connect to work pc and phone at the same time and not miss any calls from anywhere and not pull on and off the headphones all day long

This is my second time purhasing a version of this headset. I am guessing that it is jut not compatible with my work computer. Because it just won't work. but it is light weight and much better than the gaming headset that I am currently using
