Bluetooth Frequently Cuts Out

The comfort and build quality seems good. The sound quality is good when it works. The blue tooth connection does not work well and frequently cuts out. This is a problem as I'm already on international business calls. The headset has a blue tooth connection quality issue. Went back to my Jabra Polycom for the time being. These will be going back.

Cheap price, cheap quality

The sound quality was great for its price and it was easy to use, but it had one fatal problem - the headset broke near the right earphone. Taping it up together only provide a temporary solution and didn't prevent it from completely falling apart. Until this design flaw is fixed, I'd recommend paying more for something that will last you longer than a month.

My work laptop keeps me connected to the headset bluetooth without having a problem. I use them 1 hour at a time.

It works great but after a few months the earpiece breaks. I only use it for calls while working at home. In all 3 cases the earpiece has snapped. the sound quality is great but just be prepared to replace every few months.

Headset holds remarkably long charge virtually 40 hours for the week. However the microphone arm broke on me in the first month of ownership.
