Poor Bluetooth Sound Quality with Kyocera mobile

Headset paired easily but the sound quality was distorted and unusable. The phone Bluetooth is OK in my cars, so I know the phone is OK. Using the headset with the cable was OK, but the whole point was to go completely wireless. Talked to JLab Support, and they said they don't do much testing with flip phones. Returned to BB for refund. Too bad, because the headset is very comfortable and the wired sound quality is excellent.

I work from home and when taking calls the sound is low. If you are listening to music or gaming, these would be perfect!
