Microphone constantly stops working

Connected it to a new HP laptop and it worked great for like a week. Audio works just fine but the microphone cuts in and out now and constantly. It’s almost like only the microphone goes into power saving mode or something and I have to tap on the mic several times for it to start picking up my voice.. either returning or asking for a replacement.

Maybe it was me who did not know how to increase the volume but my volume was on max.

It sits easy on my ears and i can use it for 2 hours without even adjusting or removing it. The padding was so comfortable and thr bettery life. I charge twice or once a week. I bought the new model because I accidentally broke thr mic and I noticed comfort issue from day1 I can’t even wear it for 30 minutes straight. Batter lasts only for 2 days with moderate usage.The upgrade they have done to the newer model is actually a downgrade.

The side with the mic broke in half and there’s a short in the charging port. They also will get locked on mute for no reason. Definitely wouldn’t buy them again.
