Not bad has disconnected on me while speaking to a guest. And occasionally it’s takes a while to connect to the phone line.

These are not the best for working from home. The usb-c doggle does not fit in the space for laptop with the other plug that I need to have plugged in to power it, the mute button does not work and sometimes I lose connection and the calls come through my laptop instead of the headphones, SUCH A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT but that's what I get for going with cheap instead of quality.
The ear pads are snug and somewhat uncomfortable after 8 hours of use.
I would not reccomend anyone to purchase these for teleworking,

Headset mono mic incompatible with stereo playback

While it has good bluetooth connection compatibility and both a microphone input (mono) and stereo playback, Windows 10 cannot support having the microphone (mono) while having the audio playback on the headset as stereo.
This means that, in order for you to hear anything on your headset while using the mic at the same time, you have to set (mono) as the playback on your headset. The problem with this is that the audio quality for mono playback only has a single available setting which is "radio quality," making hearing the other party sound like lofi distant voices.
The workaround is to use a separate microphone (thus rendering the plastic mute button on the headset useless)... but then why bother buy this wireless headset with a mic, if you have to do that?

Battery life is horrible. Says it would last 40+ hours and it only last 1 1/2 days at best. It does charge fairly quick couple hours of charge will have it full again but it’s inconvenient when I’m working and run out of battery during the middle of the day.
