These headphones are a great second option to Rand McNally and Logitech H800. I have all three and think these are every bit as good with a better value.

great price for the audio quality, features and performance
but..... it snapped at the point exactly where the right side speakers connect to the head band after a year of use. Seems to be a common defect after a year of use based on the photos sent by other users

It worked alright. Not bad. However, it kept disconnecting right in the middle of me teaching a class. The battery was fully charged and nothing was wrong with the iMac it was connected to. I gave up and when back to a usb mic.

The JLab GO Work is a good option for anyone looking for an affordable, reliable, and relatively comfortable headset. It has a modern design with a reasonably comfortable fit and delivers clear sound quality. The ear pads could definitely use a bit more cushion after multiple hours of wear and the build quality isn’t the best, but that’s indicative of its price. The microphone is also good, and it does a great job of picking up your voice in louder environments. The quick mute function is also a nice feature that I used a lot in my testing.
I used the headset in both Webex and Teams with no issues and paired it with my MacBook Pro without a problem. Battery life lasted me throughout my workday and I had no connection issues until I stepped out of Bluetooth range.
The sound quality was fine, but listening to music definitely demonstrated that this headset is better suited for meetings, spoken word, and audiobooks. Please choose something else if you want to really get into music while working and having meetings.
Overall, the JLab Go Work is a budget-friendly headset that delivers everything a person would expect and even a little more than it should for the price. I recommend this headset to anyone who doesn’t want to spend a lot but wants to feel like they did.
Here’s a quick pros and cons list of the headset:
Pros:
Comfortable fit
Padded headband
Clear sound quality
Good microphone
Long battery life
Affordable price
Cons:
Can be a bit tight on the ears
The microphone can pick up some background noise
