    I bought this for my office job and customers cannot hear me out of these, It is like I'm in a tunnel

    This worked great in the beginning but now I either cannot hear my caller or they cannot hear me. Does anyone else have any suggestions? Is there an update?

    DO NOT BUY. The bluetooth connection is poor. The headset stopped working within 2 months of purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot return it as it is outside the return policy.

    I bought these for a four year old to use with his Kindle. They are good but maybe not made for the roughness of a four year old boy. The microphone broke off rather quickly.

    My customers and vendors can hear me clearly and I can hear them! These are easily connected via Bluetooth or provided cord and I have had no problems staying connected the last week. These definitely make hands free phone calls from my work at home office far easier than using speakerphone and they are comfortable and haven’t made my ears hot like other over the ear headsets. Easy to answer and switch back and forth between calls and music. I use these for several hours a day and have yet had to recharge them. Definitely recommended if you’re on the phone a lot and moving around your office.

    Connectivity issues

    Doesn't work for back to back meetings. Using MS Teams, when you finish a meeting and have to jump in to another one, it won't work. In order to make it you have to turn the headset off then turn it back on.

    Great, inexpensive Headset for Teams Calls

    This is my second pair of these. They work great for my home office. I primarily use for Teams calls. Although I have Apple AirPods and love them with my iPhone, with Windows 11, there are too many connectivity issues as I switch back/forth. Alternately, these headsets work great with Windows 11. I get multiple days on a single charge, I find them comfortable, and the audio quality for voice is more than acceptable. I give these a 4 star, instead of a 5 star rating, as they don't travel well, at least for me. I have broke my first pair, twice, carrying in my computer bag. So, I leave them hanging at my desk, when I travel, rather than risking breaking another pair.

    Wow! This is so comfortable that it surprised me. I've been able to use it during the work day and have no issues. Fits well and comfortably in the head/ears. It was so quick and easy to setup with laptop, iPad and phone. Easy to use as well. Having the option of using the cable to connect or use wireless is really nice. I love, love the mute red light on microphone. It's a great reminder to unmute. Sounds are clear and not muffled, whether I was speaking, doing zoom, or listening to music. I didn't have to charge it for a whole week. Good stuff.

    Bought for work. Horrible static, bad connection & the person on the other line can hear an echo. It doesn’t seem like you can answer calls from the headset. Volume isn’t very loud.

    Needed some decent headphones that were reasonably priced for my daughter to complete Zoom courses and for my occasional online meetings for work. These JLab Go fit the bill perfectly. They are very simplistic in that they are easy to set up, have good quality sound, are fairly comfortable, and are at the perfect price point. I have had zero issues with hearing in meetings and my daughter seems to do well with the classes she is in. When I have asked others about hearing me, they have reported that they are able to hear me very well with no major background noise. We have used these daily working at the computer desk and the battery has lasted a few days before we even thought of charging it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality for the price of these headphones. I would definitely recommend these for the budget conscious home office or home school.

    Great headphones until they broke after gentle use. The cheap plastic part broke on the headband right at earpiece. Not repairable. In the trash they go. Very poor quality.

    These are trash. Do not recommend. They will not connect to TEAMS and stay connected and there is the “best yourself” mode that won’t stay turned off.

    Very solid Bluetooth headset. I work for an organization that does primarily Microsoft Teams and we use it a LOT post Covid. My biggest factors are battery life, low latency, and sound quality. This headset ALMOST kills all of those. As someone who is somewhat neurodivergent, the low latency is a problem for me, and I do sometimes catch myself accidentally interrupting others due to the lag on this headset. I’ve tested it while directly hardwired to a very fast internet connection, so I know that’s not the primary factor. The construction here is very high quality and it’s quite comfortable. I have noticed that regardless of the apparent power status, the mute light will remain on if you leave this headset muted. This will eventually run the battery dead even though the headset appears to be turned off. I’m going to dig more into it to see if I can adjust this settings but this might be a quirk that keeps me from making this my daily use if they’re going to be dead constantly. Otherwise these are very well made and have high sound quality and I recommend them.

    Horrible. Mute button was lit and everything can be heard from the other end. I was intrigued by the price but I guess you get what you pay for
