Id give it 5 but as I am not having the best experience with a stable connection between headset and laptop and I cant be sure if its a Windows thing or a headset thing, i have to keep at least one star. When it does connect, very clear and performs as it should. The ear cushions are very comfortable. Cant wear it for a whole shuft but thats because my heads a little bigger than most. Lol

Nice headset, sound quality is good. I never had any problems with connection. Battery life is very good.

Perfect headphones for work from home! The noise cancellation allows you to spuds very clear to callers without any background interference. The headset if comfortable and can easily be used wired or wireless by Bluetooth. The mute button is easily accessible and the red light allows you know verify mute. The mic also restates so it can be used left or right sided. I would definitely purchase these again.

Excellent sound quality and easy to pair with other devices. The only thing I do not like about the product is the mouthpiece that rotates. Very easy to damage! Perhaps they will make that part more sturdy in future versions.

Works quite well. Audio is OK and battery life is decent. Only three things I wish it did better: - Allow microphone boom to go a few degrees lower to position it a little below the mouth - Decrease sensitivity to air flowing over the microphone. It easily picks up normal breathing. - Improve quality of voice feedback (sidetone). It sounds too muted.

I was looking for a decent temporary headset to replace my gaming one. This does a fine job for the price. I couldn’t get it to connect to my PS5 but, they came with an aux adapter. They do get a bit uncomfortable sitting on the ears after a few hours but, the sound quality and the battery life are great for the price.

These are nice, light and comfy. They seems to pick up and put through sound nicely. For the $, I am not sure they can be beat.

Great Headphone which I use with two devices . Remember you can pair it with two devices but can use while both are not in use at a time. One at a time works fine and stays paired. Battery life is several days and comfortable too.

Was looking for a replacement for my DECT wireless headset , didn't want to spend 200$ for another one. This bluetooth headset is one the best ( I tried 3 headsets and ended up returning). Range is pretty good, noise cancellation is good, long wear comfort is good, and battery is amazing ( I use for at least 6 hours everyday and charge it once a week)

I use these headphones for work for 5 hours. The charge lasts well beyond the 5 hours and I am constantly on the phone during that time. The sound quality is very good, the microphone works well. They are comfortable, as well.

I got this headsets because I work from home and didn’t want to be tied down to my desk. So these were perfect. They are very clear, sounds good and the range is great . I have recommended them to friends and they love em too

I was looking for a reasonable priced wireless headset and this was exactly it. I have other JLab products so knew it be great value but the quality of this product is high. Long lasting charge so no need to recharge each day and connection is great.

This is a great wireless headset, especially for the price. I use them for conference calls on zoom, and listening to music in between. Hooked up via Bluetooth to my PC (windows 10) with no problems. Have been using them for most of 4 days now without having to recharge, so battery life is amazing! I love the red LED on the end of the mic boom to indicate if I am muted. Sound is really good, for me and whoever I am talking to. Noise cancellation seems to work very well (people on the other end state they do not hear any background noise when I am on a call). The only thing I have to remember is to switch my computer sound setting to "JLab GO Work Stereo" if I am listening to music so it does not sound muffled, and switch the settings back to "JLab GO Work Hands-Free AG" when on a conference call in order for the microphone to function properly. I would definitely recommend these to anyone (have actually already recommended to coworkers. Lol)

They are very comfortable on the ears, the volume is good, and the battery life is excellent!! Plus it was only 50 bucks, so you get a good deal. Whereas compared to other wireless headsets that cost $200 to $400, I would say it was a great investment! The only thing I would say that may be needs a little bit of improvement is how much the adjustment on the head piece is. I have a smaller head and I couldn’t get it small enough lol. Other than that, it’s great for the price!

These headphones work great for online meetings and calls. They are comfortable, adjustable, and their audio quality (both microphone and speakers) are very good for the price. But they are not durable: they snap very easily if you put them unprotected into a bag or briefcase. If you use these, keep them in a safe place where nothing is pushing against them.

So far so good. The headset is not heavy, sound is great and the noise cancellation works well. My callers does not complain anymore about my child in the background.

I actually wasn't expecting too much from these headsets, as I my voice quality is just above a whisper, due to a tracheostomy and vocal cord issues and I needed to be able to have a headset whose microphone would make my voice able to be heard clearly on Zoom meetings and if possible, over the cell phone. I had been told by others with similar issues, not to expect basic headsets to work for me. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. The sound quality of the headset is booming. When I listen to my music, it is pure bass and I am lost in paradise. The real shocker was that when I attempted to speak on Zoom, people said that they can hear me loud and clear. However, the biggest surprise was yet to come. I never purposely tried to pair my cell phone to the headsets while paired to my laptop. One day my cell rang, and I realized that I could hear it ringing in my headset, so I started talking and the person on the phone said "I can hear you very well. So these little headsets really delivered! My only complaint is that I am extremely careful and light-handed when touching the headset, and yet pieces were literally falling off of it and then, in front of friends on a Zoom meeting, the left earpiece broke and started twirling around and stuck out of my head. Then little plastic pieces just fell off of it. To keep the ear parts from spinning around and sticking out, I currently have the headset held together, by black electrical tape, that isn't visible to anyone else. I will buy another one when I can get it. But I really love these!

I want to say I like this product, and I do like Jlab's products, as I have used their products before. This headset fits and feels nice when wearing it. I just wish they performed a little better. The sound is super low bass and muffled constantly so at times I cannot hear a caller very well. They sometimes lose the caller's voice for several seconds. I have tried switching Bluetooth connections to and off on my phone and experienced no change. I have tried to use them away from my office and I am still having the same issues. I hope there is a fix that can help.
