I actually wasn't expecting too much from these headsets, as I my voice quality is just above a whisper, due to a tracheostomy and vocal cord issues and I needed to be able to have a headset whose microphone would make my voice able to be heard clearly on Zoom meetings and if possible, over the cell phone. I had been told by others with similar issues, not to expect basic headsets to work for me. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised. The sound quality of the headset is booming. When I listen to my music, it is pure bass and I am lost in paradise. The real shocker was that when I attempted to speak on Zoom, people said that they can hear me loud and clear. However, the biggest surprise was yet to come. I never purposely tried to pair my cell phone to the headsets while paired to my laptop. One day my cell rang, and I realized that I could hear it ringing in my headset, so I started talking and the person on the phone said "I can hear you very well. So these little headsets really delivered! My only complaint is that I am extremely careful and light-handed when touching the headset, and yet pieces were literally falling off of it and then, in front of friends on a Zoom meeting, the left earpiece broke and started twirling around and stuck out of my head. Then little plastic pieces just fell off of it. To keep the ear parts from spinning around and sticking out, I currently have the headset held together, by black electrical tape, that isn't visible to anyone else. I will buy another one when I can get it. But I really love these!

The most important issue is this item is exactly what they promote it to be, no more, no less, I am very pleased. They are not providing the listening experience of top notch brands, but as to voice conversation and battery service time, they more than meet expectations. I would certainly recommend this item for anyone that needs voice headphones, with a long battery life and ear cushions that can be worn for long period of times.

I want to say I like this product, and I do like Jlab's products, as I have used their products before. This headset fits and feels nice when wearing it. I just wish they performed a little better. The sound is super low bass and muffled constantly so at times I cannot hear a caller very well. They sometimes lose the caller's voice for several seconds. I have tried switching Bluetooth connections to and off on my phone and experienced no change. I have tried to use them away from my office and I am still having the same issues. I hope there is a fix that can help.

I bought 2 of these headsets, one for me and the other for my daughter. Excellent headphones!!! It has the capability of connecting both wirelessly and hard wire. These headsets can also be connected to multiple devices at once. My daughter and I both use them for our smartphones and laptops simultaneously. The sounds are crystal clear and the outside noise is eliminated. The microphone boom swings out of the way when not needed. The headset is charged using a USB cable. The charge last about 45 hours. We love these high quality headsets. They were reasonably priced. I highly recommend these quality headphones to everyone, especially those wanting a hands-free experience while on the phone or computer.

The sound quality is on point, and they were easy to sync to my computer. The battery life is good as well. I use them for all of my meeting and the battery was still high.

Not tethered to your desk - check, clear calls - check, noise cancellation from your own surroundings to the mic - check, battery life is around 4 - 5 days - check, not cheaply made - check (not premium either), I use it daily on my online classes that last 5-8hrs. Buttons sync to your pc works but dont expect anything stellar, mute button and light is great but that doesnt sync to the software (just a hardware mute) its a simple device that does job. I’ve had it for a month now and only time will tell if it will last.so far so good though.

Long lasting batterie. Can hear perfectly easy to connect to computer Bluetooth. Overall o love it. And foe the price is worth it.

Some of the best base sound with these very comfortable no ear enclosure so no sweat after wearing for a while. Still a little pressure but can be adjusted with metal covered with cushion headpiece

They are comfortable, they sound good, the microphone noise cancelling works well. However, the right earpiece broke off after about a year of daily use. There is a seam right at the bottom of a screwed-on panel along the inside of the headband, and this seam apparently created a weak spot where stress eventually weakened and broke the plastic. I see a number of other reviews mentioning the same problem.

Awesome Teams headphone's, noise cancelation is good, comfortable to wear, and they last a long time.

Nice headset for the price. Comfortable and sound quality is good. Nice that it can connect to 2 Bluetooth devices at same time. I can have it synced to my laptop and phone at same time.
