When making a call and someone answers, it's all static. I can barely hear anything and they cannot hear me. I think I got someones returned item. I ordered online and picked up at the store. I should have know because the box looked like it had been opened. They are going straight back!

One button for Bluetooth and power is an issue and doesn’t work. Don’t buy these if you need them 24/7. They are not compatible with call center work.

You must use the accompanying USB cable that comes in the box or USB-C to USB-A or -C. This was the only way for a gamer to get accurate response time when it comes to important 1st person shooter games.
