I seem to spend a lot of time on calls/online meetings with my work, and while I do have a great set of true wireless earbuds, I was looking for a headset to wear occasionally when the earbuds' battery had died (after a long day of calls) so I wouldn't have to use my fairly massive gaming headset. I decided to give the JLab - GO Work wireless office headset a try.
The headset overall is decent. It has separate volume up/down buttons, a multi-function button, as well as a physical toggle mute button. The boom mic rotates so it can be used on the left or right. The sound quality for listening on the calls is good and so far, I don't think anyone has had any issue with hearing me. I like that it does connect to two devices at the same time (which is great as I use my laptop and tablet to take the calls/meetings depending on the situation). It can also connect to the device with the included USB-C to 3.5mm cable. While you don't need to turn it on, it is mentioned that it still uses a limited amount of battery (so it doesn’t seem to be able to be used in the manner when the battery is completely dead). Design-wise, the only issue I have is with the location of the volume buttons as I prefer the mic on the left, which makes it a little more difficult to get to the volume buttons, but I normally don't need to do too much adjustment.
I will say that the battery life is very good. After a week and an half of 1-4 hours a day of use, it still says the battery level is full.
The earphones swivel to allow to adjust how they sit on your ears, but unfortunately, for me, these are not very comfortable when used for a long period of time. Turned to the front too much, they have too much pressure on my cheekbones just in front of my ear. When adjusted to reduce that pressure, they just seem to press my ears just a little too much. After I took them off after a 3 hour call, my ears just basically hurt. Shorter calls are OK, but still a little uncomfortable feeling. The headset itself isn't that heavy, but for me, I guess the curve of the headrest is a little too tight. I will still use them as needed, but not for extended periods of time.
While these may not be the best for me, others may have a different experience.

I bought 2 of this headset. I didn't expect to receive anything elegant provided the price point. I give this product 2 stars because it does work, but I think the cons tip the scale. Call quality is ok. I am surprised by the battery life. The headset allows me to walk away from my desk. However, in unison with CX One softphone the phone audio ring is delayed nearly 7 seconds. The only way I can catch a call right when it comes in is if I play music so that it cuts out for a few seconds before the delayed ring finally happens. This puts me in a position where if I'm up from my desk, I could easily miss a call due to not hearing it ring. Furthermore - the button used to answer calls doesn't work. It toggles the play button on my Spotify. I have tried running with Spotify closed and it made no difference. I immediately reached out to Jlab for guidance and my email has been ignored for over a week now. Overall the headphones work as intended (sort of) but the nonexistent customer service paired with the answer button not working properly has shown me there is little to no value in this product, unless you are trying to get some exercise sprinting back to your computer to catch calls.

Got these for work at home and they're wonderful. People I'm on the phone with say I sound clear with no background noise. The headphones are comfortable and the charge lasts for a good 7 days of 9hr shifts. Even better that they were on sale but I'd buy them again at full price, they're that good.

Love this wireless headset. I know some of the reviews stated they were a bit flimsy but I disagree. I think they are very well made and the battery life is amazing.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. I needed this headset for a new work from home job. They stressed that I need noise canceling headset. These bad boys work perfectly and for the price.....Priceless. I know there are a lot more expensive headsets out there and depending on your need you may desire something a little more elaborate. As for Me they are PERFECT.

Very comfortable on the head for long periods of time. I have large head so switched to this one from the one issued to me for work. Mic works very well. Pretty afforable and has long battery. I charge every 2 days even though its still marked at full battery so I believe its 45 hour claim. Would recommend.

Perfect For The Price:
Okay so this wireless phone headset doesn't have the sound quality of the Plantronics set I'm used to using, that costs 5 times more, but it is easier to use, easier to connect to my laptop. However in order to connect it to my desktop computer I needed to buy a $10. Bluetooth adapter that took a little doing to get working correctly.
Overall a great inexpensive headset for working from home on the phone, and it also pairs with my cell phone so I can take calls on it as well.

Free from cords, great sound and noise cancelling. These Headphones are a lifesaver. They give me the ability to conduct a meeting and stretch my legs.
