    After using these headphones at work for a little over 2 months, I have learned a couple things. 1. Never plug them into your laptop to charge. If you do the only way to get them to pair so that you get audio and mic is the reboot your laptop. 2. Never unpair these from your laptop. Since the above issue, I was working from home for the past few days, came into the office today. Pulled these out, paired them no my new laptop; same thing. Only audio, no mic. "Support" has ben pretty much useless. Their first suggestion was that I reboot my laptop to get it working. Not in any way a solution. Then they just said it was a Windows problem and I haven't heard from them since. THE worst $50 I have spent. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

    Could Not Charge the Battery

    Do not use bathroom when using mute

    Mute doesn’t work. It drops calls bt signal all the time. Range isn’t far at all. Bad bad purchase
