Wasn't nearly as bad as the higher rated Anker Soundcore pair that I initially purchased. Sound quality is decent for non-amped up music. Have not used for calls. Touch controls seem easy to use. The smaller silicone caps do fit my small ears pretty well; I have to have them seated just right to stay in my ear, but once there, they stay in even while running. Fast and easy charge. Overall, really glad I got them (had to replace older wired earbuds, and have struggled to find any earbuds that fit my small ears and don't hurt.) Super easy to pair with my iPhone; wanted basic, so glad I don't have to mess with a separate app or anything.
