Love that it’s small and the mic is interchangeable and sound quality is clean with multiple different modes. Hate that it doesn’t have the best battery life and having to charge it every night after less the 8 hours of periodic use. Also the blue connection is iffy. Often times it will randomly disconnect or will allow me to hear the incoming call but once I answer the caller can’t hear me and vice versa and some days will happen repeatedly throughout one work day

I got these after impulsively getting an industrial piercing - then realizing half my job is virtual meetings. I’ve been using them about 2 months and they’ve been good all around. I work in a relatively quiet office with low cubicles, but when it’s loud - it’s LOUD. These don’t pick up background noise like other wireless earbuds I’ve had (AirPod pros) and work well with meeting software - Microsoft Teams and Google Meet are what I’ve used them with. The battery is insane and the case has a huge amount of battery. My only issue has been they connect to my computer with no sound - which is a computer issue I’ve been too lazy to troubleshoot.

I bought this to use at work. It pairs easily with the bluetooth on my computer and I’ve used it for TEAMS and Zoom meetings, as well as phone calls. I have been told that I sound like I’m sort of “in a barrel” at times, but I’ve been mostly happy with it. The rubber ear pieces are interchangeable on size, but seem to get loose over time.

My company recently switched to TEAMS for our phone use and a wired headset was not cutting it. Once I figured out the correct settings I really appreciate this device. It cancels out background noise very well, long lasting battery and the 'aware' setting is great.

Value for money. You can hear voice very clearly. Not doing great work noice cancellation.

These are surprisingly good for the price. The sound quality is fine, but not as good as a premium pair that cost 2-3x. They are just fine, but dont expect music quality of a top of the line pair. Where it shines are great mic for calls and the multipoint works very well. I was surprised at how well the multipoint works. Getting it to pair the first time was a bit of a challenge, but once set up it works great.

Earbuds are good for long office calls with better clarity and good mic. Its great for calls and hearimg music is fine too with easy connect to Bluetooth devices.

Wife reports these earbuds normally work with MS Teams, however she's had connection issues with Zoom and Google Meet. Setup to connect to her Windows 10 work PC was eaay and you can assign the mike to either earbud. Noise cancelation works well, no complaints after replacing the wired headset.

Rode with a motorcycle helmet and callers could not hear me. It kept cutting out according to them. I used the boom and plugged the other ear mic. Thought it was caused by helmet but in wind it didnt make much of a difference. Good sound though for mid range buds. Needs a qi charging case.

For the price it has been great! It is comfortable and easily wearable for long terms

Definitely worth the money! Use it on laptop at home and desktop at work for daily meetings. Sound quality is great. Listeners don’t hear background noise. It also has a long lasting battery.

These work really well. Bought them to use for working from home. They block out background noise quite well and are clear to hear. I love the traveling case they came in as well.

These are as comfortable as a headset can be. Hearing and speech are clear. These come with a case, so they travel well

Flawlessly sync up with my laptop and phone. Would have given it 5 stars but one ear bud usually lags (a minute or so) before it syncs up. Good deal for the $

It looks cool and havent had issues connect to Mac. But dosent work at all with teams, you have a 50/50 shot the mic will actually pic you up. It also feels cheap and has very little range compared to my Samsung Ear Buds. The sound quality is meh, but I kinda figured that one going in. I would not buy this agian after having used it. Already looking for a replacment.

The product worked fine. Sometimes people i was on the phone with said they couldn’t hear me. They are a bit uncomfortable, but great price

I bought these b/c the JLab rep said they'd be much better at canceling background noise than my JLab Epic Air Sport (which has hooks over the ears, which I like). It sounded reasonable that the boom mic would enable this. Nope! After my colleagues complained when I was on a call in a train station, I tested it out with a recording (with background white noise & radio on). Indistinguishable from the Epic Air Sport (and even my phone's speaker phone). The wired headset that came free w/ my phone was way better. Great price & battery life, but did not meet expectations. I'm returning these.

Got this for my steamdeck. This is great, whether you want to use one bud or both, and the case is really sleek. Sounds pretty good too with a decent battery life. No drops with the audio
