$30 is not worth it IMO

Got it on sale for $20 and expected a little bit higher of this product meaning. After a few uses of messing around and clamping the joby tripod on a branch or whatever, the ball joint supporting where it holds the iPhone got super loose and wasn't sturdy after awhile. Maybe it's cause I washed it a few times cause it got dirty but I'm not sure. I'll buy another one someday again and see if the same thing happens. But the Manfrotto tripod is a much better for stabilization

Surface is great but ...

I am pleased EXCEPT a Microsoft update made my camera not work. I called Microsoft for help and the update to fix this took 1 HOUR. I am disappointed that these updates still have bugs and the fix takes so long. The price was high but I'm hoping this will prove to be a good investment.
