Really easy to use. No guessing game anymore. In about 15 min the brats are ready. After use, I wash the heatting plates in the dishwasher. So far they came out clean and no issue. Great appliance for preparing dinner on busy weekday evening.

This grill cooks juicy, tasty brats. I love it! One good thing about the Johnsonville Sizzling Sausage Grill is that it fits up to five bratwursts or Italian sausage links. With its built-in temperature probe ensures precise cooking for great results every time.

Very easy to use, it let’s you know when their done. In my opinion these taste a lot better than cooking on the stove, keeps the juice inside. Easy to clean also.

Works well with all types of sausage. I tend to leave them in past the done signal for a little more browning. Really like the fact you can remove the browning plates and put them in the dishwasher. However, the list price is way too high. Wait until it is on sale for less than half. Complaints about the latch - be sure to squeeze the handles together when opening or closing or you will put too much force on the latch.

I was always skeptical of a brat cooker..I thought it was a dumb concept and over priced. I saw it on sale for 40 bucks on deal of the day. I read all the stellar reviews and decided to try it. Perfectly browned brats/Italians in about 15 minutes with alarm and auto shut-off. Really happy I bought it. We are impressed No real grill tasteis a trade off but no flare up burn unit brats either. When we want grill flavor we grill some.

Great idea for grilling brats without getting the grill going. Haven't tried it with other brands of brats so not sure if it will fit the larger brats.

I always undercooked brats when I cooked on the grill, but now with the Johnsonville Cooker, the temp probe knows when it's done. Cook as little as one or as many as 5. Perfect item for the party!

So glad I purchased this grill! Easy to use cooks fast and evenly. No guessing when your 5 brats/sausages are done with the built in temp probe that works perfectly. I prefer this grill over grilling outside anytime.

Pleasantly, I might add! I thought this brat cooker was a gimmick until a brother in IL bought one to use in his office kitchen for the staff. They loved it! So, I bought a Johnsonville Grill and it works super - the times ya gotta have a brat but, for whatever reason, you can't fire the BBQ up. I enjoyed it so much I bought two more for my out-of-state sons who grew up here and they are equally enthused! Minimal-to-no smoke, but I position under the kitchen fan for good measure, cleanup a snap (I handwash but that's just me), and the brats turn out just dandy. Not necessary, but I might just try misting a bit of Liquid Smoke on them prior to cooking. One benefit that Johnsonville probably won't like......WI has many local buthchers making their own special brats. The ones I've tried fit (and cook) just fine in the machine!

Great idea instead of grilling brats. Haven't tried other brand of brats to see if they will fit.

This is an excellent sausage cooked. It cooks in 15 minutes and hey are cooked perfectly even!!

I've made brats and sausage with it a few times and they come out perfect every time. Can't wait to try this at a cookout soon. Plug in, put the sausage on, close the top and wait for it to beep and you have perfect sausage every time. I love this machine!

Best thing I have bought in long time. Cooks the Brats to perfection. It's great during the colder weather. I don't have to freeze to have that grilled taste of a brat. If only it would cook sauerkraut....haha

This thing is amazing. Brats are cooked evenly and perfectly browned. Better than grilling and you don’t have to watch them. Just turn it on and when it beeps, they’re done.

Cooks food perfectly with audible tone to let you know when it is ready. Non-stick surface grill plates can be easily removed for cleaning and easily replaced quickly for cooking. I would highly recommend for people who love sausage and quick and easy cooking.

I debated on this purchase for months, and boy was I missing the boat! Perfect sausage every time! Crisp on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. This guy will cook ANY sausage that has the same shape, believe me I have went sausage crazy!!!
