We love these joy cons. The switch identifies the color controller on-screen allowing us to choose which controller we want. The battery life is equal to the original joy cons that came with the switch.

Love these joy cons , gives options for color combination. I prefer doing red/grey or blue/grey. If you have the neon bundle, you can complete the set colors of all red or all blue. Highly recommend this for extra controllers for upcoming games like Mario kart and current game bomerman.0

Joy Cons will never get a Full rating from me until they stop charging and arm and a Leg for devices that are prone to drift very early on in their life. These colors are the best! Got them around halloween and my Bday. Orange is one of my favorite colors and Purple goes perfectly with it. Must have for spooky vibes! Finally got some cool colors since I started with a Gray switch.

The kids wore out their original Joy-Con controllers and purchased this to replace. They are happy with the purchase and said all issues of drifting were gone. The Joy-Con controllers were easy to connect to the existing Switch.

It's easy to set up, and works without any drifts. Ordered an open box and was on brand new condition without any wear and tears.

I love these new controllers. Again, there is a little learning curve. I tried them in the 'standard controller' that they can slide into, but i actually prefer them separate. They are small, so that is where the learning curve comes into play. The other part you have to lear is the + and - controller. It makes a difference on how you slide the wrist connectors on, how you slide them onto the switch itself, how you slide them into the charger, and how you slide them onto the 'standard controller'. It is also a different feeling to have a controller in each hand that is not connected to the other (every other game system i've played including wii). But once you get the hang of it, it is extremely fun to use these controllers. Way to go Nintendo!

i bought an extra set of joy cons when i got my switch so that i could play mario kart with 4 players. also because i originally wanted the grey controllers, but only the red/blue switch was available. glad i bought them!

if you're a Zelda fan, get these joycons if you can. this seems to be the general consensus amongst players and you can clearly see why. visually, they're beautiful, solid, light but not cheap feeling. glides on and off the switch with ease onto the enclosed white strap holders for hand use. I notice while playing that these feel smoother too, perhaps the rumors are true that it allegedly fixed the ever growing joycon drift issue. only time will tell of constant gameplay if that is indeed true but for now, I love gaming with them in general. playing skyward sword (or any Zelda game for that matter) with them is just a major bonus. highly recommended!

Love the color scheme on these. It looks nice. They work and function just fine, just like any Joy-Cons. I've had Joy-Cons that drifted in the past but I haven't seen any on these so imma keep my finger crossed.

Expensive, and only worth it if you plan to have guests. Two controllers was more than enough for my girlfriend and I. But sometimes I bring the switch out to parties. Whatever works best, I wouldn’t of bought it if I didn’t have friends

love the colors of these better than the original that come with the switch. We bought these to replace our old ones which had developed the drift. No issues so far, hopefully won't have to replace them in another year.

Excellent gift for the wife she loves the colors. So far they’re holding up excellent with no joy con drift.

They have worked great as place holders for the joy cons we’ve sent out for repair. Kids love the colors and keep fighting over who gets to use them. Always nice to have genuine brand products as well.

Toycon #1 requires these additional controllers for the combat between two bugs. Toycon #3 can use them to use both the steering wheel and the airplane controller for co-op. Needless to say, it is essential for 4 players. Strongly recommended.
