You could randomly pick any film from Disney's phenomenal animation Renaissance and be treated to a great adventure, and The Jungle Book is no different. There's no shortage of Jungle Book stories out there (in fact there's two major studios currently coming out with two new live action Jungle Book films, Disney being one of them) but this one really sets the precedent.

I remember going to see this film in the theater as a small child and loving the songs and Baloo the bear. There are a few scenes with Kaa the snake and Shere Khan the tiger that are quite scary for the younger viewers. This movie seemed better to me as a kid than it does now and I'm sure your kids will find it as entertaining as I did way back then when it was new.

Excellent product, great service. The movie has be remastered from the classic tale and brought to life on Blu-Ray. The details and resolution are astonishing when compared to the original. Watching this with the kids was like watching it again for the first time. The Jungle Book is a timeless classic that can now be seen using current technology. Well worth it.

Best Buy had a great movie from my childhood for a very good price; in fact, the Diamond edition was probably a better value than just the DVD, so I got more bang for my buck. This movie transports me back to my childhood, and I love that it's finally out on DVD/Blu- Ray so I can sing along with it again and hopefully share it with children of my own some day.

Everyone knows the story of Balou and Mowgli. And like every other Disney classic it's a must have if you have children or want to relive some of your own childhood. The day i found out i was having a kid my first instinct was to grab this movie, and the other Disney classics, knowing that she will love these movies as much as i did when little.

A movie I watched when I was little and now I watch it with my children. The Jungle Book is a safari on your tv. With so many classic Disney songs, a free spirited bear, a panther working hard to protect a young boy as he treats as a cub, and some very crazy chimps. How can not love the world the Jungle Book brings home? It is all about the bear necessities.

Jungle Book was a great movie simply because of the classic songs and story. As always in Disney fashion, the characters come to life in song and story and of course the voices that make it happen. From Baloo to King Louie, another classic Disney movie for all fans of the classic animation titles. Get it now before it goes back in to the vault!

I loved this movie as a kid and in blu ray it's even more great. Love the digital copy, so you can watch it anywhere. I would definitely recommend it. Can't wait for god children to see it. They've loved all the older disney movies so far. I am sure they will love this one too. And for you adults it will take you back to your childhood..so enjoy

Every Diamond Edition bluray they come out with gets better and better! There are so many extras you'll be watching them for days, and the new HD remaster is beautiful, not to mention the audio! If you were a fan of this movie as a kid like I was this is a must buy. Don't miss out on a classic that may never see DVD or bluray ever again!

Its an excellent movie for all ages including grown ups. It has a lot of things this movie that kids can enjoy such as action and some funny stuff when they meet king louie..I really don't wanna spoil the movie here for the ones that haven't seen it ,all I can say check it out. You wont be disappointed it and your kids will love it ...

The movie looks great, sharp, crisp, as if it were done yesterday. The images are great, the sound is impeccable... Every supplemental material (including the ones from the DVD of a few years back) is to-notch, especially the fondly remembrance by Mr. Sherman and Mrs. Disney. A must for everyone who loves a great story and great fun.

Mowgli is found by Baloo the Bear, with the help of more jungle animals he's shown a life in the jungle. Mixed with swinging music, this is a great family film. A must own for any Disney collector. The quality and picture is upgraded on bluray, and dvd. These songs will be stuck in your head and that's a good thing. Get this movie.

Bought the movie on the day of its release. Best Buy had the best price at $22.99 on that day. Even Walmart was approximately $25.99. The box was in great shape in the store. Considering it was the first day of the movie's release on DVD/Blu Ray, Best Buy had a more than adequate inventory in its brick and mortar location.

A brilliant Disney movie being released on bluray for the first time. It's gorgeous, sounds great, has the digital copy for on the go. Every kid can relate to the fun of freedom, running around without the control of parents, then the message of why family is so important makes this a timeless tale for every generation.

Love this film. Saw it when it first came out in '67 and walked around for days singing "Look For The Bare Necessities". Glad it finally came out on Blu-Ray. Don't miss it!

We purchased a filter for our Samsung French Door Refrigerator. The filters seem to last longer than the user guide suggests, but the price seemed to be much higher in cost than the other manufacturers filters. Still we absolutely love our refrigerator and would not trade if for a lesser priced filter.

A lost child in the jungle raised by a select few of the best in the jungle, and heir to a fortune in the human lands. The boys grows up with the since of a Panther, strength of a Bear, and the agility of a Monkey, and wise as an Owl. Sorry no Owl in the movie, but just saying; very good for the entire family.

I am so glad Best Buy has it and on sale too!!. My mother took me to watch this movie on the theater when i was a child and i remember people/workers from the theater giving every child a toy so the entire experience was great and that is the main reason i wanted to own it on such a special format, Thanks!.

Bought this item as a gift for my 2 yr old great grandbaby. My kids so enjoyed this movie, i was sure the great grandbaby would too and her grandmother said it was a hit.

The Jungle Book has got to be a favorite for everyone. There is honestly nothing to dislike about this classic. Great movie for me growing up and still love it as an adult. this movie was loved by my parents and will be loved by my children. Such a great story with some of the best Disney songs ever written.
