Can not believe that I didn't have a copy of this until now. Somehow I figured out that they would get the family back together and Dr. Grant would pull out one more piece to the puzzle on his pets the " Raps". He can talk to animals too!.

All of the Jurassic World movies are fantastic, and making them in HD now makes the experience just that much better!

I always loved Jurassic Park and now that I am starting my own family I decided to add this to our movie collection.

One of the strengths of "Jurassic Park III" as a movie is that there's no real fat to be trimmed. Its chief deficiency, though, is that it's so lean that it's really just a construction of set pieces without much in the way of characterization. Even the dialog isn't as sharp as in the others in its series; everything is just sort of perfunctory. This Blu-ray Disc is pretty comprehensive, though, and ought to satisfy fans of the film. Because this entry in the series wasn't directed by Spielberg, it actually has a commentary track (by the film's special effects team, no less, making it a bit of a curiosity for behind-the-scenes enthusiasts). Bonus features from its original DVD release, including content originally exclusive to the Jurassic Park Trilogy DVD box set, is all present, much of which focuses on the advancements in paleontology during the four years between "The Lost World: Jurassic Park" and "Jurassic Park III". This Blu-ray edition also includes Digital HD, which can be convenient.

Cool movie to add to your collection if you love jerrasic park movies.

Bought the whole movie series and it would not be complete without this great classic!

In the 10 years following initial development of Park I, the craft of Animatronics (puppetry) and Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) reached a point-of-critical mass allowing film to record and display imagery with remarkable results which previously was not available – the display on-screen of skin, muscle tissue and movement is visualized as authentic in every respect – that dinosaur is alive, real and dangerous. The Spinosaurus develops into a “super-predator” capable of successfully challenging a Tyrannosaurs Rex – the T Rex gets “kicked.” Jurassic Park III’s performance is, with-out-a-doubt, a step beyond I & II, is as real-as-it-gets and demonstrates the significant increase in the ability to produce special effects that are realistic and believable – we have come a long way and movie production is just going to get better in the future. This is a WALOPING GOOD TAIL THAT IS WELL TOLD AND VISUALIZED.

Make no mistake, Jurassic Park 3 is the worst sequel in the whole series. Generic storyline, bad script, flat performances, TERRIBLE CGI (whats with the T-Rex changing colors between shots in the same scene??) amateur hour style direction...BUT... The picture and sound are the strongest here out of all three films. Sad because this film doesnt deserve it. Fine detail is visible thru a thin layer of natural grain and colors are rendered quite faithfully. And the audio reproduction is crystal clear with earth shattering bass and good use of the rear channels The best part is that this, like JP1 & 2, came with Fandango Movie Cash to go see Jurassic World. I bought The Lost World and this one so with the extra ticket I was able to take a family member. So again, this practically paid for itself. Which is cool.

The movie strays from the magic that was Part 1 but at least it gives some fan service. Video quality is great for bluray and the sound transfer is great. Includes a digital copy.
