I absolutely love this thing. It makes navigation so much easier, and listening to music couldn't be better. It works with my steering wheel controls as well. I like how the screen lets me see my maps as well as control my music and phone calls at the same time. Enhances my Acura MDX

This unit is for my wife s car to replqce the stock old radio cd version and she is very happy and user friendly

Delivers as described. Fits my 2007 Toyota Sequoia with JBL speakers perfectly. 6.8in. screen is adequate functions perfectly with iPhone, Sirius, Maps!

The gentleman that helped us was kind but very not trained enough for this purchase. 1. Purchased radio, pre-paid for labor, and told that was all that was needed and radio would fit in car. Scheduled appt for install and told to pick up radio at Mansfield customer service on 12/20/2026 and install would happen at that time. 2. Picked up radio to be told Mansfield location doesn’t do installs, so made appt for a week later on 12/26 at Arlington location. 3. Went to installation appt in Arlington to be told we needed to purchase $300 worth of additional parts that were not in stock and wouldn’t arrive in time for the install to occur before our daughter goes back to school. 4. Due to these challenges, radio was retuned but we were told we couldn’t get a full refund. We were refunded $184.01 out of $324.72 that was paid. Daughter tried to as CS person why only a partial refund was given and she was told she would have to call corporate and the associate walked away.

Great looking piece of kit but you need to have a manual to get the most out of it. Instructions are needed but not supplied. So you have to Google its Operations

Nice visual design easy to use unit. The price was really competitive to other units for what yhis unit offers. Solid buy!!

Sounds great! Too bad there is not much I can do about my power antenna when the unit is on. I disconnedted the power to it.

Wish I picked a bigger screen, but everything else about this is great! Easy set up.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this radio has significant screen glare issues. During the day, the display is tough to see because it isn't bright enough to overcome the glare. I returned it, and Best Buy suggested the Kenwood - Model: DMX47OS 6.8', but they are the same company, and worse. I regret this purchase and would not recommend this radio.

This receiver is all i wanted and more i really like that i can screen everything from my phone to this receiver i love it

Overall pleased with the radio. I integrated it with dash cam and backup camera. Best Buy installation team did a good job.

Nice looking radio- clear picture and nice design. Menu/ settings seem easy to use. The microphone sound quality for phone calls is not super clear, but acceptable.

I ordered this and all the additional parts the website recommended. But when I arrived at the appointment, the tech informed me that the website's recommended parts were all unnecessary. Moreover, the parts the website included actually wouldn't allow me to use my steering wheel controls. My options were to either sacrifice the functionality of the stereo by installing with the parts they had on hand or to go home and order the parts I needed and bring them in a month later for a complete installation. To be clear, the tech was great, if I had worked with him the whole time we would have been fine. The problem is with the dysfunctional website. If you are going to use BestBuy, go into the store. You cannot trust their website.

The installer was professional and explained everything on how the system works.
