Jvc radio are bad.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thought I would try jvc but I returned it and going back with pioneer, jvc sound quality was really bad and very sluggish radio and frozed few times, pioneer sounds so much better and has more options and feels and responsive is a lot better, learned my mistake and cost me little but I will not be buying off brand radios nomore.

Poor customer service

When I went into the store to pick it up they said it didnt come with free installation and they wouldnt honor it. Now I know why... paid $289 to have them install it. Poor Customer Service. Will never buy another thing from best buy.

Not so Great JVC

Radio locked up and was draining my battery so I had to remove the power to shut it down. Best Buys did make it right by replacing the unit with another brand.

Got 2 and want more!

I wanted to put this on my 2015 ML 350 & 2016 C300 but they would not fit. This stereo is waaaaay better than the originals and priced moderately too. Love the voice command to answer calls & text! Still trying to figure out if I can at least put this on my ML 350.

Not perfect but very nice

Interfaces with the car's existing electronics could be a little more seamless, but almost everything works (i.e. steering wheel volume controls are OK, but AUX input has been lost in my 2012 Toyota Sienna).
