    Thought I would try jvc but I returned it and going back with pioneer, jvc sound quality was really bad and very sluggish radio and frozed few times, pioneer sounds so much better and has more options and feels and responsive is a lot better, learned my mistake and cost me little but I will not be buying off brand radios nomore.

    This is a bad unit, got it open box said it was terrific condition, apple car play doesn’t work half the time and touch screen is garbage

    Product is great when I purchased it online it said free installation. When I went into the store to pick it up they said it didnt come with free installation and they wouldnt honor it. Now I know why... paid $289 to have them install it. Poor Customer Service. Will never buy another thing from best buy.

    Android auto and apple car play don't work. I was convinced not to buy the pioneer atero I wanted and get this one. Bad choice.

    Unit failed after 3 weeks of ownership! Radio locked up and was draining my battery so I had to remove the power to shut it down. Best Buys did make it right by replacing the unit with another brand.

    best buy is the worst for install. Wrong parts were ordered install too over 5 hours. Manager wasnt helpfull. STAY AWAY

    Its hard to set the cross overs to get the bass out the highs and for some reason the radio pause for no reason

    Got 2 and want more!

    Liked this so much I got 2! One for my 2008 4Runner and one for my son’s 2005 Highlander. I wanted to put this on my 2015 ML 350 & 2016 C300 but they would not fit. This stereo is waaaaay better than the originals and priced moderately too. Love the voice command to answer calls & text! Still trying to figure out if I can at least put this on my ML 350.

    Text is easy to read and select on the screen. Boot up time is instantaneous. Interfaces with the car's existing electronics could be a little more seamless, but almost everything works (i.e. steering wheel volume controls are OK, but AUX input has been lost in my 2012 Toyota Sienna).

    Very happy and pleased with my purchase. I’m learning how to use it. I’m not the most savvy with the technology, being a senior citizen. My daughters and grands are my tutors. I was pleased to answer my first phone call lol.

    Easy install. Great upgrade to an older. Thr install took me 1.5hr because i had to stop and get soderless connectors.

    I paid extra for the buttons on the steering to work and the only buttons working in the volume buttons. The screen goes black every now and then and won’t go back to the station/Apple Music, etc. Best Buy worked on it once again but said that if this continues I would probably be getting a whole new stero
