I had a good experience at the Orland Park store, However I initially tried to purchase the radio online. That was a complete nightmare and the customer service was terrible. I don't think anyone in management exists at Best Buy. I tried to reach out multiple ways, without any response. I was very disappointed in that. I'm not sure I would purchase anything online from Best Buy ever again. So sad.

The tech who first greeted me was a well seasoned pro. The assistant tech was very informative when explaining the new unit to me after installation.

Backup camera quality is actually atrocious if linked to the OEM Honda camera. So if you have a honda and actually want to use the backup camera properly, invest in a better product.
