Radio with Camera

I had a good experience at the Orland Park store, However I initially tried to purchase the radio online. That was a complete nightmare and the customer service was terrible. I don't think anyone in management exists at Best Buy. I tried to reach out multiple ways, without any response. I was very disappointed in that. I'm not sure I would purchase anything online from Best Buy ever again. So sad.

Radio Upgrade

Started with a chat online, rep put all the items into a cart, I printed that out and went to a store to buy and schedule install. Went perfectly. Radio is great and the andriod auto with GPS on the screen is a great upgrade for my older car. Son can use Apple Car Play to do the same with his iphone too, Very happy.

The tech who first greeted me was a well seasoned pro. The assistant tech was very informative when explaining the new unit to me after installation.

Everything sounds good in the car. The only problem I had is that I got charged for parts that was already in the car that didn’t have to be changed out, but they charged me for it and changed it out for I just didn’t understand it
