Had a bad experience with my 1st JVC model. The folks at Best Buy we're awesome. A tech, Ryan, suggested this model to begin with but wasn't in my budget @ the time. Well, the store allowed me to exchange that one for this model & it is WAY better. I'm very happy. Thx.

I have had this stereo for about a month now and I love it. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the Spotify app doesn't boot up sometimes. Just have to exit CarPlay and go back in to fix but still a little annoying.

Radio is basically ok. At times, the clock would change time on it's own to incorrect time, then a few minutes later go back to correct time. Wish it had a voice text feature (to read texts and send texts).

Love this radio!! It has all the functions I wanted and more and the touch screen quality is great!! Took a minute to figure out at first but then once I figured it out it’s been smooth sailing! The Best Buy employees were more than willing to help me figure it out!

I purchased the cheaper modem and I wasn’t satisfied with it because the processor was to slow responded. So I swapped it out for the 840 model. It’ definitely meet my expectations.

This is a pretty nice unit. Still getting use to the controls. I only wish it had one feature that my stock radio had which was the ability to download and store music from CDs.

Receiver is great compatible with my galaxy s7 edge except when it gets disconnected. It takes a while to get back the connection again sometimes not had to turn on & off

The radio unit is a bit complicated when used in a small convertible, the screen washes out on sunny days but overall I am satisfied with the unit .

Pros. All functions in the radio work seamlessly with newer iPhones. Cons. Had a bit of problems connecting to older iPhones

Bought an older car that had NO electronic toys in it. This brought me right up to today! I use Android Play and everything works just great. No issues whatsoever. A great purchase.

Bought this a few months ago and it works fine just doesnt connect to android as good as it does with apple

This is great car stereo, that is works perfectly with iPhone. Bluetooth connection is excellent can make or receive calls very clear sound.

I needed an updated radio for my car and I love my Grand Marquis and this radio looks like it came with the car it is perfect
