The CarPlay is incredibly unstable. It frequently crashes and goes to a black screen while I’m driving, which happens almost daily. This is frustrating and also unsafe. I’ve already taken it to Geek Squad, but they weren’t able to identify the issue. I’ve also installed all available software and firmware updates, but the problem continues. I would not recommend this product.

only have half volume range

It fades when on a station. when messages comes in the message is so loud it hurts my ears. when i tried to use GPS so loud I can't use this either I look forward to exchanging it. The service installers are excellent

No wifi and carplay connection I had best buy install this and I paid for the unit to allow steering wheel control and when they installed it the said they needed a $7 part and they did not have it installed. I do not know if the left the device in the dash or took it out and never gave it back to me. Really frustrated with this unit as it worked well for months

Radio stopped working and needed a new poweer supply less than 3 months later. Purchased may 2024 with total tech Once again now October 2024. Now power to radio. Been hung up 3 time by total tech!

It's missing the GPS antenna (Apple car play won't work without it) and the parking brake wire.

After install when playing music wirelessly through Apple CarPlay there was a loud buzzing and feedback. Had to drive back to the store to have the install tech check it and their phone did the same thing. Had to take it out and then get a Sony Model. Very disappointed.
