Received these as a gift and I’m glad it came with a gift receipt. Did not pair at all with my iPhone 7S and was made with mediocrity in mind. Two tin cans and a string would do a better job

JVC knocked this one out of the park. I love the charging case. And the fit in the ear is nice. The app is pretty cool could use a little work. The sound is very clear both with music and making calls. I love these when I jog in the morning. I did notice the one that calls that the audio only comes to the left earbud. These are definitely worth checking out.

As a runner, I have tried various bluetooth headsets and earbuds. Many of them bounce around if they have a cable or do not stay in the ear at faster pace. The JVC units do a good job of being low profie, staying in the ear, and having decent sound. The sound is not the best of the various headsets I have tried but definitely passable for a workout. These are a decent headset if you are looking for a low profile device.

I have tried a lot of true wireless earbuds looking for the best workout pair. This set is better than some but worse than others. The range is decent. The limit that you can be away from the bluetooth transmitter is about five feet, which is adequate for me to use while rowing. The sound was also good. My biggest problem with these is the fit. They come with more than the typical amount of differently sized tips, so you should be able to find a pair that fit well. However, even after several different tries, the best fitting pair still tended to work loose during a workout, and even worse, were very uncomfortable. They were never loose enough to fall out, just loose enough to let in a lot of outside noise. Which brings me to the one real advantage these earbuds have that I haven't seen on any other true wireless buds: you can adjust the volume using buttons on the earbuds. This can be very handy, but it's not really a game changer. Had the fit been better, I would have given them much higher marks, but maybe they'll work better in your ears than mine.

First impression - these are an amazing deal! They fit well in my ears and the music sounds good. Pairing with my Apple Watch took about a second. Not as clear as my Bose Sport but definitely will fit the bill for working out or listening to audio books. For the current price, an absolute steal. Battery life is 2-3 hours from what I've read, but if you can live with that these are an excellent set at a good price,

When I was a kid, and I know I'm telling my age by saying this, JVC was one of the early names and sound but since these other guys have come along I didn't think I'd ever hear from them again. But stranger things have happened and some of the old classics are back with a vengeance these JVC in-ear buds are part of that resurgence. They are amazing and have wonderful quality of sound. Anyone who thinks that you have to spend $500 on good quality sound is crazy you don't have to JVCs got a quality product at a quality price.

I found the sound was very good. The ability to charge the two (2) ear pieces easy and , dare I say COOL!. I had no problem charging the little buggers in their special charging station (box). Pairing to my pixle phone also fast and easy. My only negative comment is when one popped out, they are hard to find. I guess streamers would look dumb but I'm still getting use to finding a good ear fit. The rather large body doesn't stay put in my left ear. May be I just am not the perfect fit for this style headphone. I like the safety-net wired earpieces have when they do come loose. I like the fast charger, the wireless design, the sound quality, the battery life.

I really wanted to like these headphones, but I really do feel like they're lacking. I've owned several pairs of true wireless headphones. These JVC's are a little bit cheaper, but unfortunately that really shows. First off, I'm not a huge fan of the overall design. They're kind of boxy and feel almost clunky to me. Clunky also describes the fit that they offer. I don't feel like they stay in very well, I'm always afraid I'm going to turn my head and one or both will fall out of my ears. Whether I'm outside or sitting at my desk, it's never fun to have to get down and start searching for a missing headphone. Why are these things so hard to find when they fall?? The last thing I want to mention (and this is a big one for me) is the battery life. These have the worst I've seen for true wireless headphones. They only offer about 2 hours of battery and then 3 more when you use the portable charging case. Most true wireless offer AT LEAST 3 hours, with 6-8 hours more from the charging case. The really good ones give you 4 hours minimum from the headphones. I'm not at all satisfied with that. These may be a little cheaper than other true wireless headphones on the market, but honestly, you should spend an extra $30-40 for a better pair.

I purchased these as I was looking for my first truly wireless headphones. I had some JVC headphones in the past with the fin on them and they sounded good and stayed in really well. It was important to me to have some locking mechanism (the fin) to keep them secured. These paired easily, fit snugly, and sound great. I haven't tried them in the rain yet, but it's good to know that they are IPX5 rated. Pleased...

The best things about these headphones are the easy setup and comfortability. As well as the case that comes with which recharges them. Some negatives were that they very frequently would lose connection in one earbud and make a static sound when it did, the sound quality is very poor and not much bass. They also died very fast which is unfortunate because the charging time is so long.

The overall design of these earbuds is nice and I like the carrying pouch, but even after trying all the ear gel sets that came with the earbuds, I still couldn't find the right fit for my ears which is disappointing.

I purchased these on Sep. 9th 2018, and they worked fine for the first week. Then the right earpiece disconnected itself and would not reconnect with any device. When the device was working properly, the audio quality was good, the earpieces were somewhat comfortable for about a 30-45 minute workout, and would stay in place. They need a better system for ensuring that both earpieces stay connected to the bluetooth device. There's no support for the issue online or in the instruction documents that are included with the device. As I was unable to resolve the pairing/connection issue, I returned these today. Sep. 18th.

Not impressed with these headphones. They keep falling out of my ears and the sound quality is not great. Sound very basic and lacking in bass. They do have a nice case that also charge the ear buds and I like not having any cords, but these just don't cut the mustard for me.

Always had a good experience with Best Buy and this is no exception. My first wireless headphones and they were easy to set up and start using. I also loaded the app that shows battery life and has a function to find the headphones. They come with different ear pieces to zero in a good fit. After awhile forgot I had them in. The battery charging case is a great idea to extend use when you are away from a charging source. All in all, pleased with my purchase and the price.
