bought it for the price, use it my for usb, works for my performance needs

Just the right form factor - wanted an adapter without a dongle. Great price, great value.

A sturdy, well made, and tiny solution to connect USB Type-A devices to a USB Type-C computer. My only dig is that when it's combined with a flash drive, the combination makes for a rather lengthy appendage that's held by the tiny Type-C connector. One needs to careful or risk bending the Type-C male pin.

At the time I was shopping for USB A and C adapters, this one was the cheapest I could find available in any store, not counting online shopping. It works well! I like to plug my peripherals into the female A end first, and plug the adapter's C end with whatever I have hooked up to it into my device last. As you can obviously see from the picture, this does not have any cable integrated into it that could become frayed, disconnected, etc. It is very slim, compact, portable, and lightweight when detached from my device.

Needed this adapter for my Macbook Pro so I could use standard memory stick. It was very inexpensive and works great. Also works flawlessly for using printers with standard USB interface, etc.

This is a nice form factor for a USB-C adapter. I use mine attached to a portable USB 3.1 hard drive. Works great.

I am using this for transferring data from my phone to thumb drive. It is an easy way to back up the data stored on the phone.

I can't tell you how many times I've cursed Apple for putting only USB-C ports on their new laptops -- as all the peripherals I own have standard USB plugs. This is an inexpensive adapter that takes up very little space and does what it needs to do. I plan to order a few more of these and sprinkle them around my office so one is always near.

My newer model laptop has only one type A usb slot, and one type C usb slot. This adapter allows me to plug in two type A usb flashdrives, which is convenient at times. The device is metal and plastic, so handled with care, it should last for a few years at least. It fits snugly in the slot, and it's lightweight. Works as intended.

Great price for this adapter. Adapter is nice and compact.

As advertised. Works as needed, not overly bulky, and feels sturdy (surprisingly since it's light plastic).

Only problem is loosing when connected to MacBook.

I have a USB-C phone, and wanted an easy way to transfer photos, music, etc. between my phone and computer. This device lets me put thing on a USB-fob device, that has a standard USB and my phone. It also allows for quick back-ups.

I just got a new phone and purchased this so I could make use of some other cords I already had. It works to convert to a usb c and helps me use those cords.
