    Great product. Works well. Assembly/ install took one hour, mostly trying to find the studs in the wall. I would have given this a 5 star rating, but the provided screws that worked in our brand new UHD TV did not have any correct washers included/provided, yet they are stressed for installation. I had to stop my project mid-stream, drive to the hardware store, and spend additional money on correctly fitting washers. In addition, why do they show 10 and 12mm socket sets in the install video but not mention that in the installation manual? If I need a tool to make it easy and hassle free, show me in the install guide in case I don't have internet access. p.s. metric socket set recommended.
