Good quality for the price. Overall the instruction were pretty good.

At first it was confusing on how to attach brackets to the back to the tv to make sure it was secure but after about 10 minutes of figuring it out, it was attached and put on the mount on the wall!

poor quality mounting bolts. one of them snap on my while screwing it into the wall. had to run to home depot and buy better quality bolts. now i have a brocken bolt stuck in my wall stud

Good product but when you attach the arms to the bracket that attaches to the tv you have to be aware of bolting the bracket to match your tv mounting. I would suggest you loosely do those connections and place on tv to make sure it fits.

Did not fit our brand new 55 inch Roku TV. We had to make some unnecessary adjustments to make it work. It was not simple and easy as most tv mounts. This will not work if the back of your 55 inch hole spaces are widely separated. You may have to be a little creative as how we were.

Had to get new screws too small for my tv, fits most does not mean all. Keep that in mind. I have 50 Mound is small, up to 55, it won't support that, it barely supports my 50

I bought this mount for my brother’s 55 inch tv and was sorely disappointed. One of the bolts broke in half when it was being screwed in (so much for QC). Then the bolts to connect the TV to the mount did not fit as instructed so we had to put them in backwards. Based on the instructional video it looked like they made some changes to same cost but ended up ruining the product instead.
