This mount is shockingly heavy (like, almost as heavy as the tv). In our old house, I don't trust the studs to support both this mount and the tv safely.

The installers could not get this mount to fit on my TV. I had to go to the store for a slightly more expensive one, which was installed right away. I wish I had started with the other one originally. The time wasted was not worth the cost savings.
Sorry to hear our M300 did not work with your TV. We try to make our mounts compatible with as many TV's as we can but certain manufacturers do not adhere to typical mounting standards. Because the M300 can handle almost any VESA pattern (bolt pattern) up to 400x400 I am assuming the bolt pattern on your TV was too wide to fit on the mount. Calling or emailing us is the best course of action for incompatibilities, often times we can make suggestions or send additional parts that can solve the issue. We'd really appreciate if you could get in touch with us directly so we could find out the model of your TV, it would help our Design team determine if we need to make revisions to the mount in the future. ZERO STARS!
A professional hung the TV. as soon as you pull it away from the wall, it went crooked. Nothing could fix this. The steel would not support the weight of a simple 43 inch LCD monitor, not even a TV set. Even Worse, Best Buy will NOT LET ME RETURN IT. Defective does not matter, I waited longer than their crazy 2 week window from purchase to return. Horrible Customer Service Policy! It took me a few weeks to find a pro to do the install. Now I need a new mount and have to pay again for them to install the TV. Huge waste of money.

Bought the mount for 55" Westinghouse flat screen TV but was disappointed to find that the mount does not support it. Wish it was advertised a bit more clearly that not all 55" screens could be supported!

Product needs some serious Quality Control

Pieces were warped in many places, specifically the plate that is screwed into the wall. On top of that obstacle, the wall screws snapped mid way bolting it to the wall....buy at your own risk.

Bought this because sales associate stated it would work along with very expensive TV for our new home. The best buy professional installer arrived at the house and said we could not use this one. Had another one to sell us in his van that was not full motion so really had no choice as to what to use. Very disappointed that we did not get a full motion mount. Now we have no motion. Love the TV and they did a good job mounting but the whole reason I had sales associate search for Full motion mount was that I wanted to be able to watch TV from kitchen so that does not work now.

Item arrived and seemed to be an open box item sold as new. As this was a Christmas gift I didn't return it because I had yo hang a TV for Xmas. Thanks for the used gift bestbuy.

This has plastic parts that were broken in the box. Also, it does not even feel like it can support a 10" tv, let alone a 32". I need something more substantial, so return it goes.

works well. but was very hard to mount to 2nd tv. the insignia 43 inch cracked while hanging but was easy to mount. but the Toshiba we replaced it with was sooooo hard to mount. and frustrating. would buy a different if it wasn't already mounted.
