They broke off in my wall and left me with a screw literally hanging a centimeter out of my wall. I had to go to home depot to buy real screws. It basically ruined my drywall and stud. I'm extremely upset and will be contacting bestbuy.

Sorry to hear our M300 did not work with your TV. We try to make our mounts compatible with as many TV's as we can but certain manufacturers do not adhere to typical mounting standards. If you still have the mount please contact us directly from the support tab on our website, we can help you figure out a solution for your particular TV. If you have already returned the mount then I apologize for the hassle you had to go through. Calling or emailing us is the best course of action for incompatibilities, often times we can make suggestions or send additional parts that can solve the issue. I have a hard enough problem with hanging pictures on the wall that i was able to install and hang a 40" Samsung 4k TV on the wall by myself. Everything is included and separated in separate bags for various applications. The website has a link to the video to help install the TV. I relied heavily on the install video and the picture install guide. I researched a ton of these mounts before I decided on this model. For the price, and how far it extends, this is the best mount available.

The wrench stripped the nuts. Further I could not get them off with adjustable wrench. Frustrated I took it back and bought one at lowes that went up in 5 min

I liked the first one so much, when we got a second TV, I didn't hesitate. The instructions are very straightforward and with installation on a stud, the thing is rock solid. The range of motion is more than enough for anyone. With a little tilt, it finishes 2-3" off the wall, so don't expect a perfect flush mount. Also, be aware - it isn't well spelled out in the materials. but the center of the TV, when mounted, is 5" to the left (or right) of where the mount attaches to the wall. So don't expect the center of the mount to be the center of the TV, when folded back against the wall.

Sorry about the incompatibility, I'm hoping to find out from you why it did not fit. The M300 supports a very large range of VESA patterns (bolt patterns). It can do 100 x 100, 150 x 100, 200 x 100, 200 x 150, 200 x 200, 200 x 300, 200 x 400, 300 x 200, 300 x 300, 400 x 200, 400 x 300 and 400 x 400. Does your TV have a VESA pattern that is wider than what this mount can accommodate? We'd really appreciate it if you could contact us directly at 1 888 848 2643 or [email protected] and let us know a bit more info including your TV's full model number. Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Install was a little time consuming, but it was my first time mounting one. Has good range of motion and tilt. Just make sure you tighten the bolts on the tilt or it wont stay level when you move turn it.

Would Buy Again, Great Wall Mount!
