Is my first time using this system and after a month of being installed in my new computer it got a virus. They told me the system will not let me know and I was disappointed because the other system I had on the other computers does that but it came with the warranty I had no choice but to try it. If I had a choice i would chose a different system.

I have had the Kaspersky internet security software since 2013. This program is not a resource hog like Norton or McAfee. I find it easy to navigate and use. I have not found a reason to dislike this product yet. Although I liked Norton for over 15 years and finally they got to be too overwhelming of a product as well, so only time will tell.

I had little problems placing the software on my pc, and laptop. Simple step by step instuctions. I had just downloaded the 6 month version and upgraded my Windows 8 to Windows 10 and on the conversion, it took ur Kaspersky anti-virus software and password and disappeared. So, a word of advice, write ur pass codes down or lose them.

OK, so far, but HATE the way it slows down my online banking with its "secure site" excess and reminds you to renew, again and again, and a ..king 'gain!!!, AFTER I had renewed and paid. It's as infuriating as a wailing child you can't help quieten, again and again. And again. And again. And again. And again. (I'll change next time)

The product seems to work very nicely. It didn't install off the Cd on the brand new laptop but technical support went in and remote controlled the computer and downloaded it from their sight and completely fixed it. The old computer installed instantly and it was easy and hassle free. I have yet to download onto the android tablet we have.

I bought this and you get to install it on 3 computers, so I also put it on my 70 yr old mothers laptop, because she loves to play Internet games. We haven't even had it installed a full month,... And it has caught, stopped and removed a bootstrap Adware, and my mother was able to fix it, by following the easy prompts.

First let my say i am really a norton anti virus guy. Having said that i have to compliment kaspersky. It was easy to install and easy to use and a nice product. I had a question and found out they actually answer the phone quickly and really take the time to help. Wow i was shocked a software company that really cares.

Good protection without affecting computing speed too much, although full system scan can take a long time. No way to schedule Rootkit scan other can to use cmd command to start on a 24 hr cycle. KiS Minimizes notebook resource use when on battery power. Some warnings and notifications require knowledge or researching info.

The laptop I got my daughter for Christmas had McAfee installed. She decided to let it run out before installing Kaspersky. However, she got two viruses that my nephew had to remove. He then uninstall McAfee and installed Kaspersky. Haven't had a problem since.

Let me start by saying I love Kyspersky. I really do. I have tried 4 different internet security software brands in just as many years, and this is by far my favorite. But, for some reason, it won't play nice with Windows 10 and is now completely useless to me. If it's something I am doing wrong, I would love to know.

Came installed free when recently purchased HP Envy. Have been an AVAST free user for years & find Kapersky works well without draining the system as much. Also as user friendly as Avast. Budget is limited so will have to opt for free anti-virus after 1 year of Kapersky but would recommend for those who can afford it.

Kasperski is one of the top internet protectors. I've used it in the past on other devices, including my tablet. It's easy to use and straightforward in its protection. I like it more that MacAfee and it doesn't take too much time. I would endorse it for anyone looking for good dependable protection for your laptop or tablet.

Kaspersky has been a good security for our home computers. However, for some strange unknown reason it will periodically forget that it is on our computers. We will get error message stating that our computer has no security. In the past 6 months, we have had to download the software twice because it oddly disappeared.

I installed this product on my new computer. Worked fine until I turned off the computer. Next day I had to uninstall and reinstall. Third day same thing wouldn't work on startup. Had to call Geek Squad and they went into my computer remotely and fixed the problem. Have used this product for years with little trouble.

I've had Kaspersky in the past and it has always served me well. I received a free trial with my new Dell laptop and so far it's working great. It hasn't really found any viruses yet but it has alerted me on some questionable Web sites. It has a secure browser and some other nice features I'm still discovering.

So far no complaints. This came included with my laptop purchase and honestly hadn't ever heard of this company before. Seems to be doing the job it's supposed to and pleasantly surprised with a few features that I have not seen with other similar products. Likely to renew after free year subscription expires.

Everyone wants a security system that can protect them on on the Internet. For my purposes Kapersky goes overboard. I use playOn daily to record tv video. It can only be done with Kapersky completely disabled. I plan to record video from many sources. It makes no sense to do all this surfing without protection.

I've been using this complete security protection over the other brands for the last couple years and I'm completely satisfied. It doesn't slow down your device like others do. It's easy to set up and I haven't had any issues since using it on my devices and computers. I have piece of mind that I'm protected.

I heard so much great things about Kaspersky and was happy to have the full version included with my laptop. The Russians have some of the best hackers so I think a KGB affiliate knows how to prevent attacks better than anyone. Will purchase when the year is up. Installed easily on HP Windows 10 machine

I've not had as many compatibility issues with Kaspersky as I had with Norton. One complaint I do have is all the peripheral programs which pop up occasionally such as the chrome app, the keyboard app, and the money safe app. I appreciate they are included but it is annoying to have them pop up all the time.
