Yeah it will due a good job of protecting your system and info but it will slow you down greatly. If yoh have loads of time this may be for you. Wants to update several times a day as well. While it is nice to have the latest protection, how many 'new' threats can come out in a few hours. At least the price is reasonable.

It is a great product. My only concern is about the time it takes to auto-update the data bases. I explain: If you turn on your PC, kaspersky DOES NOT update immediately. It takes at least 15 minutes to run the update databases process. In my opinion that is an issue because you are exposed in that time. I know that you can run the data base update manually, but in that case, what does AUTOMATIC mean? What if I forget to run the update process manually and go directly to the web browser or insert a USB flash? After that risky time at the beginning, the autoupdate runs well. That is why I can give it only four stars

Worked great for a while. But now, when I try to update the database, it stops at either the 80% or 86% point, freezes, and then kicks me out of the update process. Just google "Kaspersky Internet Security and update problems". You'll find a lot of chatter on this subject. 99% sure I have no viruses or malware. Kaspersky is working with me on the issue, if I can just understand the tech rep.who speaks with a strong foreign accent (difficult at times to understand, but much of this is probably my fault as my hearing struggles in the higher frequency range). Would seriously consider going with Bit-Defender next time.

I am a Kaspersky girl. I have been purchasing kaspersky for more than 10 years. I have not had a single problem. I especially admire the automatic scans and being able to schedule scans. This is a great purchase. You cannot go wrong with this investment.

I have been a long time Norton fan and was hesitant to try any other security software. Kapersky came with my new computer and I will never use another.. Simple to use and manages so much more than a stand alone anti virus..

Switched ovee from Trend Micro after many years and I must say that I have not been disappointed

Considering one needs antivirus and protection when venturing onto the interweb, it is a good idea to use this product.

Changing from Norton as I had so many problems when I had them.
